I ordered two items of clothing

I ordered two items of clothing. I have received no email confirmation of my order. I have sent 3 emails asking when my order is likely to be shipped and I have received no reply. Don't know if I will ever receive these goods. There is no other way of contacting company apart from email and they don't respond. Would appreciate it if anyone out there has purchased from this site and actually received their items. Thankfully I have paid with credit card.
