You could not read some of the words and the lights were glued on and left white stains. I was told tha this was the back, if so how were we supposed the see them I will not order from them again, i would pay more to get better quality !!!

Very prompt and responsive. The metal sign I ordered was very nicely crafted and made an excellent gift. The post office was the only glitch in my order. USPS was slow and my merchandise sat at one facility for 10 days without moving. This was not Dinozozo's fault and when I alerted them to the shipping problem, they were very understanding and responsive. Thanks for excellent service and quality merchandise.

My item came with a damaged light kit. I emailed customer service but have not gotten a response.
The sign its self is a great product, but lack of response about the light kit really lowers my satisfaction with the purchase.

I am updating a review from a week ago. The first review I submitted was a negative review because I had just learned that the item I ordered had been delivered to a different address in a different state. I received a reply stating to be patient, that my order had not yet been delivered and was on it's way in several days. I then noticed that the confirmation number was different than the previous confirmation number I had been given. When I checked the new confirmation number and the tracking status it stated where my package was and it would be delivered the next day. It was delivered the next morning. So, the reason for my negative review was because I had been given an incorrect tracking number. Everything turned out fine and the product I ordered arrived and I was pleased with the workmanship. I appreciate so much the reply I received from my negative review which put me in touch with correct information. Thank you.

I bought it for my dad for Father’s Day and he loves it

Beautiful piece. More sturdy then I expected. I ordered the 8 inch because it will be close to my patio but if you want to see it from further away go with a larger size.

The sign we ordered was great. The only thing is that it didn't arrive on time. In fact, it was going to be late.

I ordered this over two weeks ago and it hasn’t even shipped yet. Been sitting waiting to be picked up by USPS for over a week. Is there a rating less than 1 star I could use?
