3 months and still waiting for refund....

I've been waiting for my refund for over 3 months. They don't have any answers. When I call customer services they say don't call us we will call you and hang up the phone. Stay away from their website. I'll be telling everyone about my experience. Going to trading standards and the press next.

Ljubi was lovely - 5 stars!

I had an issue with my order and phoned them up. Ljubi sorted this out for me straight away- they were very kind and attentive. Fantastic service and I would recommend using the direct dior site again!
