I bought the EDM Techinika profi coffee machine with the ECM S-Automatik 64 grinder at a good price from Di Pacci Coffee Company. Great coffee machine and grinder combo. Great to deal with Michael.
Delivery was later than advised but apart from that it's been great to finally get the coffee machine and grinder- ECM definitely have the quality and looks and now enjoying amazing coffee each day.

Brand new Melitta Caffeo machine broke down within a month or so. When I contacted the company for service, there was poor communication, requiring numerous chase-up calls. Finally when the machine was serviced, the brand new accessories that came with the machine were not returned with the machine. e.g milk spout tube, card insert explaining which coffees use which beans. Despite repeated contact to chase this up, nothing was returned.

Great online store - spare parts needs tweaking
Very easy to purchase my coffee machine. I pre-ordered the machine, and once it was available it shipped the next day.
My only gripe is that the machine spare parts (for servicing) are hard to find in AU. I would have throught that Di Pacci would have them for a machine that they sold.
No ordinary coffee
Owning and operating a mobile café makes it of paramount importance to have a reliable coffee machine that produces a high standard beverage for my customers and that's exactly what my WEGA does. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone for professional or personal use.
