I’m so happy with my order! The company shipped it right away, and they were super quick to respond when I had a question. You can tell they really care about their customers. The product itself is amazing great quality and exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

each bikini fits differently. One style fits perfect while another style is small.

It came pretty fast, it fits me great, and I'm in love with the swimsuits. They are so cute and comfortable! Which is exactly what should be in a good swimsuit! The only thing I would be carful about is, I heard the tops run a little small and to err on the side of caution. So I did size up, and it fits me perfectly!! Amazing first experience!

My bathing suits arrived very fast, nicely packaged! They are beautiful, exactly as pictured and fit really well. Also, fantastic material.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I placed an order with Dippin’ Daisy’s and paid extra for package protection, thinking it would give me peace of mind. Unfortunately, my package never arrived — and even more frustrating, I’ve had no resolution or response from customer support, despite multiple emails to customer service.

I’ve reached out multiple times and provided the necessary details, but I’m still left without the product I paid for. What’s the point of offering package protection if it doesn’t help when something actually goes wrong?

I love the brand and was excited to support it, but this lack of follow-through has been incredibly frustrating. Hoping someone from Dippin’ Daisy’s sees this and makes things right. Starting to get afraid of becoming one of the other horror stories below...

I wish I could have exchanged my swimsuit for a different size, but because I purchased it with a discount, customer service said I could not.

Let me start this out with saying i have only reviewed about 3 or 4 companies in my life. But, Dippin Daisies customer service is so excellent that i couldnt pass up on this! They are very very friendly and responded to my emails within 10-20 minutes! I somehow didn't recieve my item, probably due to usps or another shipping service they use. I contacted them and they were speedy to help me fix the issue. I had bought the Lilo One Piece Swimsuit, but unfortunately it was so popular that it was out of stock. They offered either a full refund or a gift card without hesitation. This is the place you want to shop for community and high quality swimsuits. I look forward to getting a swimsuit with the refund they gave me, and there is no doubt about it that I'm going to be back here giving them another wonderful review!

The WORST experience with customer service! I paid the fee to return my items for free, and as they didn't fit I returned them on June 4. I only received credit for one piece instead of two, and it's June 22nd and they still haven't given me a credit card refund. This process has taken about a month and I still don't have my refunds to order a new suit. never again.

I would not buy from this company again. The return policy is only 14 days which for someone who is chronically ill is difficult to meet. And for "Free" returns you have to pay a fee upfront. Their items are cute but I have $100 worth of swimwear my daughter can't wear and we missed the return window.
