Hello , myself Dr Shubha Shetty. I have been baking since 5 yrs for my family.previosly I never went to any of the class..sometimes I used to get the right texture sometimes doesn't..i came across diptivarthak academy in fb...i went through the reviews before joining and later joined.i have learnt many small things which makes difference in cake texture...even if I make a mistake in future while baking I can easily track that as depthi mam review for each and every cake was very useful. She answers to all queries with patience...i would recommend her classes to those who want to bake a perfect cake

As a beginner what was the problem you faced in baking at Home? Well as a beginner, I used to face lots of problem. It was related to consistency, cracks and softness.
- How this Baking Workshop helped you get the technique right? the workshop helped me cause i realized my mistake like why the cake was not coming out perfectly nd many things. But the cake i made on 1st feb was perfect and was just having 1/2 cracks.
- Did you try the recipes and how was the result? The result was good and the taste was yumm.
- What do you want to say to people about Dipti and her method of teaching and joining Home Baking Masterclass? Well i would like to say them that dipti is good in teaching nd the knowledge she sharing is useful. even the rates are good for 3 days of class nd i would like them to join the class as well.

It was great learning experience and very informative sessions. Personal cake reviews are just awesome. We learn not only from our mistakes but from others experiences too.

Excellent experience.. very informative and knowledgable workshop.. mam has solved almost all my doubts and queries about baking amd have shared basic but very important tips,tricks and details, which are not enclosed in any other recipe videos. I baked 1st time it was really good , recipe is easy ,dipti ma'am explained it nicely,it boost of my confidence,thank ma'am.

1. Eggless cake recipe - simple, easy to understand and execute.
2. The ingredients recommend being commonly available made baking the eggless cake a simple task.
3. Recipe for icing was really good. I have been baking for some time now, but this icing recipe is real good.
4. The effort put in by Dipti where every submission was evaluated is really appreciable. This has given me knowledge about the various parameters that need to be considered to make a good product.
5. The baking tips given so far are very valuable. I have done a few baking courses earlier, but such tips are rarely given.
6. The technicalities explained during the lecture and evaluation of submission has also increased my knowledge. It also shows the deep insight of baking art that Dipti possesses.
7. Overall a very rewarding experience. I look forward to attending more training classes by Dipti

I've always wanted to bake a cake. I've tried watching videos, following recipies to the letter, etc. but I've always ended up with either a burnt cake, crumbly cake or a sunken cake. After the 1st session, I was able to bake a cake - the best I ever made, by simply following the recipe and instructions Dipti ma'am provided. The best part was that my cake was reviewed on Day 2, along with all the students' cakes and now I know how to make it better. Recipes are easy to find but the basics and tips ma'am shared enabled me to finally say, "Yes, I can bake a cake!" My daughter loved it. The easy to prepare chocolate icing that ma'am shared the instructions for gave the cake a store-bought feel. Some of my friends didn't believe I baked it myself!

I used to bake cake generally at home for eating but for all the major occasions I used to get it from bakery or home bakers as my cake never came out as great as bakery cake. The cake I baked after attending the first day of this workshop tasted heavenly with great texture. Every one at home loved it. All the techniques taught by Dipti and her reviews helped me understand what went wrong in all my baking previously. Dipti gave me the confidence and taught me the techniques through this workshop. I can and I will bake my own cakes here after for every occasion at my home. Thanks a lot Dipti. This workshop gave me a great satisfaction.

The class was really helpful for me and eye opener to many basic concepts.
It helped me understand some very basic mistakes which I was making and helped me correct it. The tips and tricks provided along with review comments were also helpful in getting many things corrected and get a good cake baked. Looking forward to try out some additional recipes and try out the learnings from this session.

1.I am a beginner who was not knowing how to bake the cake then on the 1st day of my Deepti harsh Vartak classes I baked the cake according to the recipe given by her but due to some reason it was having cracks on the cake
2.after getting my cake reviews from deepti mam and attending the 2nd day class and knowing the reviews of other persons cake I got to know where I went wrong
3. I am very happy that I got to the right person and my Investment would not go waste coz her way of teaching is superb
4. I would recommend all my friends and relatives to deepti mam so that they should also get right way

Hi Dipti,
I am a beginner in baking and baked the eggless cake in microwave for the first time and it really tuned out yummy with nice texture.Only issue I faced was the crack on the cake and the reason behind that was cleared to me in the live workshop.
Thanks for your valuable tips / suggestions / guidelines for baking aswell for providing right set of tools that we need for measuring the ingredients.

First i doubtedly joined in this 3 day workshop as how could i get perfect with in 3 days ..but this work shop gave me a confidence in me baking a lovely cake in microwave oven..thanks a ton to deepthi garu good at heart..she cleared all our doubts the second day itself..now i can happily and easily bake a cake for our occassions..i want to learn more techniques to start a home baking business..thanks alot ..i whole heartedly say i learnt morethan that i paid

Initially I don’t know how to bake a cake, watched lots of videos for making cake but not got the proper cake. After attending this class dipti ma’am gave the knowledge of baking ,how to bake , at what temperature we have to bake cake on different otg, microwave and on gas. She explained what types of tools we have to use . She gave the chance for making cake and display on Facebook for review . She reviewed each and everyone cake and explained where the mistake in making a cake She gave proper time for every post . About icing also she told how to make n where the mistake in making Really very usefull classes . Want to join Advance classes also for baking cake , cookies, cupcakes n muffins . How to decorate the theme cakes ? Thank you so much Dipti ma’am for explaining each and everything wonderfully and patiently. Now I can bake for my kids. Now I know about baking. I am really happy to be a student of this workshop....i really enjoyed the class ...and I hv never heard that a tuitor personally check each of their students work....I am really very happy with my investment...I'm glade i joined this class
