Hello..
As a beginner I faced many issues in baking like the top of the cake got cramps, after removing from the oven the top of the cake went down, sometimes it went burnt, crumbled cake, and it went to dry..
I tried the recipe after listening to dipti ma'am class the outcome is more satisfied in one time trial only and she cleared all my doubts ,got lots of information in baking.
I refer happily to anyone who are looking forward in professional baking and am sure that they will get good amount of knowledge in baking.

It was really wonderful 3 days sessions.. We could learn the basics of baking very well which was much needed for perfect baking. I strongly recommend people to join her masterclasses of baking and learn the things perfectly.

Teacher is the one who can bring in the desire for learning when you have lost interest in learning. Miss Dipti is a well knowledgeable person who has a deep passion for teaching the baking skill in a easy and understandable way. I enjoyed the three days workshop of Miss Dipti. This is Kruthika from Chennai. My father is a business man and he was running a bakery for 50 years in my hometown but I didn't think of learning any receipes from him. He does all the cakes, cookies, puffs and lots more what all bakery have and it was no:1 in our place. He just passed away 3months back. I just saw ur ad in insta and joined ur class and thought of baking on my own for my family who all love eating bakery items. I use to do brownies for my kids as they love chocolates very much. This is the first time I baked a icing cake by ur instructions and the taste was very yummy my sons loved it. I joined home baking Master class of Dipti Maam. It was worth valued. Before I have gone through many baking videos on youtube. There are so many recipies I followed many but didn't get good result. But after attending Dipti Mam's 1st session I got clear picture of the steps and measurement of ingredients. Also she gave a live demonstration. I followed the same and the result was amazing. Also Mam explained the work of each ingredients, Which helped to understand the concept of baking.Thanks a ton Mam for making my foundation stronger.

I was really struggling with baking basic cake at home. I have faced numerous issue while baking cake like cakes getting sunk and cracks on the cake and many more. I got to know about this workshop and it was really helpful where I get to know several techniques on baking which has helped me making a successful cake.

As a beginner, my cake texture was not coming good most of time. Dipti told patiently about the tips & tricks. Using correct measuring techniques , tools we should be using. Small small things which i used to ignore, it has to be taken care of.
Thanks to Dipti & her patience to answer each and every query & review everyone's cake too.

I have been baking since few months now but was never been able to bake a soft and spongy cake that Dipti ma'am receipe has given. The texture and color is just superb and that too with very minimum ingredients. The patience that a teacher must have is totally present in Dipti ma'am. It was a lovely session. Thanks a lot DVA. Looking forward for many more such lovely classes from you. Would highly recommend an enthuthiast baker to attend it once. You are a true motivation.

Really really am very much happy being part of her academy... Intresting concepts , intresting tips and tricks which make us super Baker soon... I gained confidence in baking now after joining her class.. Dipti is very good person and she have too much patience to clear our doubts... If we really need to be a good Baker then DVA is best academy to learn ..overall experience is fantastic... I want to continue many more days to become a super Baker.

The workshop experience was good it was a friendly talk I can say rather than a teacher n student interaction. The highlight as per me was Dipti reviewing all the cakes and advising on mistakes and asking to redo and upload for further review n feedback. It was awesome experience and the recipe is completely fool proof if you follow even you are a novoice in baking.

When it comes to a baking class, I had imagined a 3 days session telling me how to bake a sponge and decorate the cake. However to my surprise, I met an amazing passionate mentor Dipti. She does not only teach you how to bake but also makes you fall in love with baking. No other mentor will tell you minute details and logic behind each and everything you do. Dipti literally reviewed each and every cake baked by us giving us valuable feedback. Now I know where I actually went wrong while baking a cake. 😊

Dipti's sessions are really different than other available sessions where you learn not only recipes but all other things which are useful to become a good baker. She is really a true mentor!
