I love cooking and baking. I have been doing home baking as a hobby but without systematic training and proper guidance. In Dipti Ma'am's Home Baking Masterclass, I received scientific and step by step technique to achieve great results in baking. I knew few things about baking and had overcome some issues by trial and error method whereas in the workshop I got to know the reasons behind the issues or baking results, proper scientific analysis and the actions to be taken accordingly to get good results in baking. Also, came to know various tools in baking and their utility. I tried the recipes given in the workshop and the result was very good.
I loved everything about the Home Baking Masterclass - being particular about the time, wonderful presentations- pleasant, attractive and making it easy to understand, tasks in a play way method, answering all the queries, reviewing all the cakes, giving guidance positively, uplifting the moral of the participants. Dipti Ma'am has a very pleasant and positive personality. She builds a good rapport with the participants and guides them willingly and positively. Also, the Dipti Vartak Academy staff is very supportive and responsive.

For first time Baker like me, this session was informative and helped to gain confidence to start baking at home.
Session covered every minute details regarding possible errors of baking, using proper equipments and how is it important to do things in proper procedure. Dipti Madam's way of teaching and presentation was different from others and very impressive. I tried the receipes and they turned out proper.

Though I have baked cake earlier, this is the first time I got the right texture and that was great. Earlier, I have faced all the issues related to baking like moist cake, sunk cake and burnt cake and never came to know the root cause of all these issues. From this baking session, got to know what caused these problems and how to over come them. The session was a detailed one covering the basics and chemistry of baking which is really needed to bake a perfect cake. Followed all the instructions and steps by Dipti and cake came out very well. Dipti’s class was encouraging and more informative covering the baking concepts, tricks and tips. Thank you Dipti.

My experience is wonderful. Ddipti mam told every minute details of baking cake . Review of every participant's cake is most important because we can get procedure of cake easily anywhere but what it wrong in our cake it's really help to improve our baking...

I am so happy to write the review, usually while baking i am afraid of the outcome,so many times I failed, but after attending Dipti mam class, I followed her tips and instructions carefully and the outcome was excellent.Dipti mam reviewed all the cakes from which I learnt lot. It was a nice workshop... I baked cakes only with egg I didn't try any eggless cakes... but for the first time I made eggless cake it came out very sponge.. I have planing to start my home baking business... I hope I will do better in it... I expect about frosting also...

While following all the steps, tips and tricks I as a beginner was getting a little confused. It just about the regular practice, so will overcome soon.
The workshop really helped me gather and learn the process in an arranged manner.

Thanks to Home Baking MasterClass & to my lovely wife who made me join these classes.

1.As a beginner first and for most problem I faced was measurements.Beacuse of which the cake texture was spoiled
2.The workshop was very helpful as I have zero knowledge before class but after workshop I got to know baking from scratch and gained some confident
3.Yes, I have tried the recipe but because of improper measurements the cake was sticky and over cooked at the bottom because of over heating in cooker
4. I would tell people that if they just want to know the recipes they can learn via YouTube or by other social media’s , But if they want to gain knowledge from scratch they have to join Dipti mama master class.

As a beginner i was very confused about exact measurements of ingredients, this baking workshop helped me so much in clearing all those doubts, dipti's recipes are very easy and results are amazing if u just follow the exact, her teaching is very clear, very well explained each and every little doubts, explains with patience just like we teach a kid, thank you dipti.

I used to bake at home for my kids, but i always wanted to understand the science behind it. I got into right place after all.

I'm a beginner and this is what I was actually looking for. I feel the money I paid is worth. I tried cake recipe twice previously by watching YouTube and it was a disaster. So I kept my OTG aside and never tried it again. Now my 3rd attempt was appreciated by my family. Moreover Im happy that the cake plate is empty now. And coming to Dipti, she is good. She understood the mindset of a beginner and taught the basics in a practical way. Thanks to Dipti and her team. Long way to go.

This online baking class is so helpful for me..i baked my first eggless cake and got good result..i knew many new things which i ever known before and helped me and improved me in my baking..I enjoyed attending this class and hope i get lot of new things tomorrow..Thanks for being apart of your online baking class..

As a beginner, the problem for us was that we had raw centers in the cake, and the cake used to be sticky... Now, I have got so many ideas to make my cake better. The recipe was great; it was perfect, and the taste was amazing 😋
Dipti mam is great; she explains very slowly and patiently that her method of teaching is wonderful. she reviews us and tells what mistakes we have made in our cakes, 🎂 🥮 and says what all the ingredients are used for , joining to Dipti mams workshop was very useful. Thank you very much 😊 .
