Maddy allocates jobs and communicates shift details clearly, which makes organising work straightforward. Cristina handles wages and timesheets efficiently - payments are accurate and on time. Dil, the manager, runs a professional operation and is approachable when needed.

D&I has access to a wide range of well-paid Class 1 contracts, including DPD, Amazon, Royal Mail, FedEx, Tesco and JCP. There’s a good mix of day, night, tramping and weekend work, with competitive rates, minimum hours honoured, and clear information provided upfront.

What I appreciate most is the straightforward and respectful way drivers are treated. Communication is clear, expectations are realistic, and the work offered matches what’s advertised.
