Easy to navigate and purchase at a fair price. Couldn't see the point of second driver insurance as car hire companies charge so much for second driver, its almost cheaper to hire another car, in which case the hire wouldnt be in my name. A seperate policy would be a better bet. Let's have a better deal on this.

Very competitive price for comparable cover with other companies. I did find the website a little tricky to navigate on my mobile finding I was unable to complete my purchase on my mobile but resolved this by completing purchase using my laptop.

The reminder that policy about to expire was timely and the renewal with amendment was simple. Haven't had to claim but I am sure had I needed to that too would be simple and straightforward.

Its always the same with hire companies that they can charge over the top rates for roadside assistance. It really is time that I would be able to buy annual cover for hire cars which in the main are new or nearly new and routinely maintained so why is this situation is difficult to cover baffles me.

It was a very simple process of selecting the required cover and making payment. The security and peace of mind knowing that any excess charges were covered was invaluable. The car hire company tried to sell their more expensive product however; Direct Car Excess Insurance had provided advice on how to handle this situation and it really helped. I’ll definitely use Direct Car Excess again.

I thought your website was easy to navigate. I must admit I didn’t even realise you don’t need to pay inflated excess insurance to the hire car company. They were charging way more per day than your quote the entire duration.
