Would recommend using direct response, went in on a Tuesday spoken to Lidia and had a job on the Wednesday all the staff here are very attentive nothing was an issue very helpful and all so lovely and kind, they got me a job with the hours I wanted and nothing is to much trouble.

I am from America so I didn’t know how much of this worked but when I walked into direct response I was greeting immediately and all the staff was willing to help answer all of my questions. I worked directly with Lidia and she was amazing all around. She was always available and quick to respond. I had a new born child and they treated me very well and respected the time I need to be at home with my child. If you are looking for good honest work and a staff to treat you well I recommend going to direct response!

I only popped in on a Friday morning on the off chance of any available work. The staff were very polite and welcoming. And made me feel very comfortable. And after filling in all my online details over the weekend. On the Tuesday morning Liam phoned me to arrange a brief interview in the office later that morning and by the end of office hours that day, had arranged work for me the following day. Then over the next 3 weeks, was kept upto date via texts and phone calls from Liam about work that was available and all the information I needed for each job.
I was only with them 3 weeks as I have now taken a permanent job elsewhere, but they made me feel part of a team and I would recommend them highly.

Popped in to the Trowbridge branch as I was awaiting a start date from my new employer, Lidia was a great help and found me some work local to me without any fuss . Great communication throughout.

I worked for Direct Response Employment services from 2019 to 2023.
I have had no issues with finding work through them, the management and team are very helpful and always there to talk too. Since leaving the forces and having multiple jobs through an agency I would say this is one of the best and friendliest I have had the pleasure of working for.
I can not fault the owner Di or her team I have made good friends within the work place that I was placed into and themselves. I would 100% say if you are looking for work from full time work to adhoc work they are the best to approach and work for.

I have a lot to thank this agency that on the same day I signed up found me a job in which I felt very good performing the role assigned to me. I had a second job where I will continue with a permanent contract and everything thanks to this agency that put me there. Payment is always on time and without fail. Really nice agency I recommend. Never had a problem working whit them . Even if you get cancel from a place because the place doesn't have enough work or hours for you straight away they gone find something else for you . Really friendly people also. I strongly recommend Direct Response !!
