Slow in delivery Slower in Customer Service

They are extremely slow, in both completing the order, and responding via customer service portal. I made a purchase on 23 Dec and it is 17 January and I still do not have my full order. The first piece arrived, but must be returned due to sizing, but the second piece has not been shipped yet. This second piece was a gift, and it's now 2 weeks after the birthday, and still waiting. Customer service portal takes days to respond, and I am unsure if they will accept my return...Do not recommend.
Updated. I've lowered my original 2-star review down to 1-star. On 19 January my parcel finally arrived. On 20 January I started to return for the shoes and realised that my choice was to do the return myself or use their label and be charged 9Eur for the transaction. I chose to use their label because I was afraid they would lose my parcel. On 3 February I wrote to the company asking about the status of my return. They claimed they had no record of my return. I pushed back insisting that I had used their label. Magically today they have found it and I have confirmation of my reembursement. Will it be for the correct amount? Will it be in my account in 2-5 business days? Who knows.
Long story short - I do not recommend.

I orderer Adidas running shoes and it took more than 1 week to receive them, the package was lost.
Direct Volley should better pick the company that delivers their products but apart from that nothing bad to say about the order.

Overall Good Experience
Running shoes arrived in great condition and neatly packed. Customer service was quick to reply. Only reason it doesn't get five stars is because it took longer than the advertised 24h for the package to be delivered (took 3 days).
Despite this, I will definitely be buying again from this website.
