Solicitors take different views on cases for various reasons and whilst we wouldn't try to place a claim that didn't have merit, our system enables us to seek 2-3 opinions on cases if needed and we often find that this allows us to place cases.

First of all

First of all, I would like to thank Ian for his kindness and help during the application process. I was also very pleasantly surprised when he went out of his way to explain some things related to the process using Google translate in my own language which happened to me for the first time since I came to the UK. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend it to anyone. We have to wait for the outcome of the case, but I hope for the best. Thanks again Ian for your dedication and professionalism.

Ian was and is absolutely brilliant

Ian was and is absolutely brilliant. He's not pushy and he makes me feel totally at ease when speaking to him. He explains everything properly and doesn't use fancy words to try and confuse me. Most of all he doesn't pressure you to use them ,he gives you plenty of time to mull things over and talk to your family and friends. I'd definitely use this firm again and would recommend them 100%

Found the best direction

I got in touch with a solicitor threw direct2compensation, he was so helpful, he found the very best solution on moving forward with my situation and my claim has now been accepted, I can't express how helpful they have been, very happy.

Very helpful and a good start

Ian is very knowledgeable and explains the process very well. He was always quick to answer any questions and discuss the case and has assured me that will continue throughout the process. My case has been taken on by one of there solicitors & is in the early stages at present, hopefully will all go well 🤞🏽
