Direct loans we're very respectful. They took the time to listen to my case and also acted very siftlt and put me in touch with a solicitor. I was dreading going down this route due to the nature of the claim. No I am at ease. Hopefully it's as swift with the solicitors who so far have been amazing with my case.

Very Good - Reassuring.
Justin is excellent, very clear and thorough in his approach with outstanding listening skills ie: I did not have to repeat anything (incl tele and email details) twice. Rare in today's day where nobody has the time to truly hear you and everything is such a rush.
