My initial order was late but Nikita emailed me (went into my junk mail) to inform me that the item was damaged on arrival their end and a new one will be coming out asap. Another week later I received the item which had been damaged in transit to me. I sent pictures and Nikita kindly phoned me personally (on a weekend) again to apologise and organised a 2nd replacement which arrived in one piece. Despite the delay I would use this company again based not just on their reasonable pricing but customer service - a friendly, polite and personal service which is hard to find nowadays! It counts for a lot. Thanks Nikita.

Good customer service! My original parcel is got damaged in transit and the company is very quicker to sent the replacement and contacted me for the solution. I am very happy with this purchase and warmly recommend to everyone.
