I shopped around for prices online and this company seems to have the best prices in FL, they also had great ratings online, so I went ahead and made my order with them. Booking was really fast and very straight forward. Elizabeth(lady who helped me) was very helpful. So far nothing but great customer service experience, just waiting to get my car.

Easy to work with, very cooperative.

After talking to the rep and agreeing to a price to ship my car, They charged my credit card as soon as they found a carrier even though it was the incorrect dates I had give them. 2 weeks ahead and while i was traveling...In the end the car did get picked up on the dates i had originally requested but not without multiple calls,emails and texts to verify. It should be this hard to ship a car...

The truck driver was great, he courteous, did a very thorough inspection and willing to deliver on a faster timeframe, that is really why i am giving 3 stars, otherwise it would have been 1.

truck never came, and never got an answer back, please refund our credit card.

After I was quoted a price -- the agent called and said it would be more money. I was promised vehicle pick up within 24-72 hours. That was a lie, it never happened. Then the agent, Charlie D, who promised that he would be available 24/7 if there were any issues disappeared. Direct Connect wasted my time, and the person at the pick-up locations time.

A business built on empty promises will eventually be out of business.

Kyle called us right away and said he could get us an enclosed trailer with hydraulics to lift inoperable car onto trailer. Perfect. Sent contract right away. It was signed within an hour or two. With pickup time of Saturday or Monday -- this was on a Thursday. After the contract was signed, no word from him. We called once the next day and he said it would take a little longer- give him 72 hours. Understandable. Haven't heard a word from him since. The contract was signed a week ago yesterday. Still waiting.

Everything went smoothly, thanks to Charlie for all of your help and a big thanks to R&S Services inc. for all of their hard work and all the help definitely a 5star service and professional guys

I've had nothing but issues with this.

1. They waited until the last minute to find a carrier; the day of.
2. They attempted to charge me more than the agreed amount after the contract was signed because your carrier wanted more money.
3. They did not provide me with the carrier's information. The email I received had the carrier's information empty.
4. They did not provided door to door service as promised in the contract. We had to drive the vehicle to the carrier.
5. I inquired with the carrier if the vehicle would be arriving as per the contract and they told me it takes at least 7 working days pending weather, not 3. The contract states delivery of 16 NOV.

All of that before the vehicle even left the state of NY.

I can't understand how companies can promise things, charge for the service as promised and break multiple parts of that agreement without having to reimburse a penny back to the customer. It is extremely unprofessional to operate this way and it should be criminal to do this to customers.

I reluctantly booked my shipment on late Tuesday afternoon with Elizabeth and by Wednesday morning they already had a driver and a Truck assigned to my pickup in Arkansas. I have never shipped a vehicle before so I was very hesitant and reluctant but Elizabeth assured me that everything would work out seamlessly. I'm only halfway through the process thus far, but less than 24 hours after my booking I had a driver picking up my vehicle and it is in transit to Florida at this time. I have been updated via email and telephone conversations through the entire process and in communication with the driver to arrange pick up as well. This went much easier and efficiently than I ever anticipated. I have to think Elizabeth for beginners because she eased my mind of the process and assured me that it would be taken care of. Hopefully the remainder of the trip goes as well as the beginning. I would recommend this company to anyone and Elizabeth has been an angel through the process.

I am in the actual transportation process and so far so good. The initial representative was prompt and courteous and reassuring. I have never had a car transported before so I am anxiously anticipation the arrival of my car. Will continue to update.

Get ready to get hung up on, not have your calls answered and not get your money back. Not a trust worthy service at all.

Price change on first phone Call. Promised delivery of my car Sunday Nov 11th. But after paying and pick up I get told will be Monday. Was told my my rep Charlie I can reach him day or night but I've emailed and called and no reply, its Sunday and no car, no call and no email. Wondering now if I should report it stolen. Stay away from this company. Full of lies.
