Excellent company . We used their Durabase system, which was brick matched to our house bricks. Went up like a dream, good instructions and the team were always on hand to answer questions.

We ordered this in 2018 and still today the conservatory is brilliant , the wall looks like a real brick wall. This review demonstrates the quality of this product as it stands the test of time. Had no issues at all with any of it and it was a fraction of the price other companies were offering. Great sales support and support on installation when we had a couple of questions. I would recommend 100%.

We had started with a very good experience with DC4U, all the drawings and changes made with no fuss deposit paid and one month before delivery balance paid in full. Now we just had to wait for delivery.
A few days later we received the delivery dates and all looked good, let's get the ground works completed.
Two or three days prior to the first delivery and a week before the frame and glass arrived we received a call from SolarFrame.
Sarah from SolarFrame advised that DC4U would be going into liquidation, what? And as we had paid for our conservatory in full by the due by date that as the manufacturer for DC4U Conservatories they would fulfill the order as long as we agreed to new terms and conditions.
We accepted and Sarah advised she would be in touch, please note no financial information or otherwise was requested by SolarFrame.
After completing the call we contacted DC4U and they confirmed the situation.
Let's just say it was not plain sailing and was a little concerning as all deliveries and arrangements had to be changed but we did get our orders. Due to this building a conservatory in the winter is not the best time of year but it's done.
DC4U it's sad to see you go as they were very friendly and very helpful, no one deserves to loose their position with a month and a half before Christmas.

We recently purchased a house with a conservatory that had been built in 2016, provided by DirectConservatories4U. On the first night in the house we had some rain and the conservatory leaked in two places. We contacted DC4U and told them that it needed repairing as it was meant to have a 10 year warranty and it had failed after 5 years only. They responded saying that when the house was sold by the previous owners, the warranty became invalid and they wouldn't do anything. Absolutely ridiculous and so very unhelpful. Since then 4 of the glass panels forming the ceiling have slid free of their holdings and seals and we now have three sections where the conservatory is open to the sky. With the rain the panels slide further every time and we now cannot use the conservatory at all. We now need to completely replace the roof as no other company will repair it as it is such awful quality, so now we are going to have to spend £10,000 to replace the whole roof.

Absolutely awful; definitely avoid!
