Great customer service
Great customer service! We had a problem with a product that we purchased from DirectDeals. I emailed Customer Service and received a response and resolution within a day. They not only replaced the product but sent instructions on how to troubleshoot the installation and then followed up to make sure that it was installed and working properly. Great prices and great service. I highly recommend DirectDeals.

I ordered my first software from DirectDeals and the experience was exceptional…4.9 of 5 stars!! Anamul was patient, answered all questions, and quickly processed the order! The download process was flawless except for entering the key was for an upgraded version. Called Anamul and he stated what I ordered was out of stock and DirectDeals gave me a free upgrade (no extra cost)…wow, now that is outstanding customer service! The only problem I encountered was the phone connection had a lot of static interference and was difficult to hear Anamul. Strongly recommend buying from DirectDeals!
