I did my research online and decided on these guys. I phoned and dealt with Matthew, who was great at communicating about lead times etc. Great experience all round, would highly recommend and will use again without hesitation.

We’ve been using Karndean Ignea Opus WP313 in our gallery for over 12 years, and it has performed exceptionally, showing virtually no signs of wear or ageing. When it came time to extend into our new building, there was no question we’d continue with the same flooring. We were genuinely impressed to find it still available and matching seamlessly.

The service we received was outstanding. The team went above and beyond to ensure a fast and smooth delivery, pulling out all the stops to meet our tight timeline. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, helpful, and thoroughly professional. It’s rare to find this level of dedication and efficiency, truly first-class service.

We found Direct Flooring Online great to deal with. Matthew was more than helpful, answering technical questions in depth and detail before we bought the first two rooms of flooring. Delivery was on time, (exceptional as we live on a Scottish Island and so many will not deliver here).

These two points were great, although they also managed to offer the best price we could find.

We had a further query before installation, again Matthew answered promptly, (months after the delivery, he even remembered our order!)

So rare/exceptional to be looked after in this way nowadays, we will be ordering for the remaining rooms in the New Year and I am very happy to recommend Direct Flooring Online.

Great product and fantastic service. Matthew was prompt in answering my queries and able to advise with a tricky situation regarding an inexperienced builder who mishanlded the product. Other providers have let me down in the past, but with Direct Flooring Online I felt like I get proper support - both compentent and 'human' - which gave me huge peace of mind (priceless!) and a beautiful kitchen floor in LVT. Highly recommended!

We purchased the eco gold underlay and found it very easy to use and effective as an underlay. Do follow the instructions though and tape the joins.

He was also quick to respond by email to all my questions and concerns. Ordering was easy and at a great price. Delivery was on time and well packaged. Easy to lay and looks fantastic. Matthew is fantastic. Flooring is great. Communication even after sale is great. Can’t fault the service we received. The courier is a hit or a miss. We were given a delivery date. No update from the courier. Then had a missed call for a company I hadn’t heard of who wanted to speak to me to arrange a delivery. Contacted Matthew who apologised and sorted delivery out for next day. Said it was one of their suppliers. Then next day no update from courier. Then when it did arrive the flooring had slid off the palate and 16 planks were damaged. Matthew however sorted the issue quickly sending out another pack which was delivered undamaged. Absolutely love our flooring. Just installed it and it was easy to install and looks great. Company is good but would be better if the courier kept the customer updated. An alert to say they are coming or they are delayed would be helpful. Over all I trust this company and would buy from them again.

We, Bjm builders, used Direct flooring for a project in Chigwell recently. They supplied the brushed and oiled oak engineered plank. Really happy with the whole process and will definitely use again. If they don’t have what you want then ask as they sourced this for us. Great company!
