Placed an order on 11 Jan 2018 for the Driftwood Reclaimed Pine Small Sideboard. The website says delivery within 14 days but on 24 Jan, after not hearing anything at all we contacted Home Direct Living to chase our order and were told the courier had still not even collected the sideboard and so they could not tell us when it would be delivered! Home Direct Living promised us that the courier would contact us that day to arrange a delivery date. Five days later (today) we have still not heard anything at all and therefore we have cancelled our order. Very shoddy service. It really doesn't take much to keep customers informed.

Unfortunately our courier has misplaced your item. This is just as frustrating for us as it is for you as we rely heavily on our courier providing us with a great service, which unfortunately on this occasion hasn't happened.
