My order was delivered professionally and safely via TOLL. The items were exactly as described and the price was right. There was limited communication about delivery times and tracking information, which I think could be improved, but all my transactions with directonsale.com.au have been excellent.
I initially hesitated to order, but I'm glad I put an order. It was value for money booster seat for my kid and delivery was pretty quick. Thank you :-)

Reliable Company to do business with allow 10 for things to happen
Santa ordered a kids art table for my kids through this company; first mistake. Elves went to put the flatpack together two nights before Christmas to find that one of the seats had screw holes in the wrong side, completely misaligned with the chair. Sent several emails to company (hard to find an email address) and have had to email multiple times for a response. They asked me to circle and send back the manual to indicate the problem part. Duh, it's the seat - don't waste my time! No response since then. So, faulty product and bad service. Wouldn't order from them again.
Ordered 22 November for a Christmas present for my kids. Only part of my order arrived and after constant emails I have had no response from company on the whereabouts of the rest of the order I have paid for. No other details to contact them on. Very frustrating
My order was confirmed on 23rd November and as of 21st December, not only have I not recieved my item but I have had no communication from the company. I have sent 2 emails and tried online chat with no luck. My tracking order just says order confirmed. Very frustrated as this was a Christmas gift!

Nearly been a month since ordering, and no tracking info was given, I have no idea if I'm ever getting my item, customer service never replied and my apple tree that I bought the net for has just been decimated by the cockatoos. I will be chasing a refund as I haven't heard back from the company.

I had to got through PayPal to get my money back, as the company never replied.

Direct on Sale is always prompt with their correspondence, and deliveries are in a timely fashion. In regards to my latest purchase, being a fire pit I was disappointed with the size of the product. The description matched however, the pictures displayed made it seem much bigger. I will definitely take more time to review the size of products in future. A lesson learned however still very happy to deal with Direct on Sale.
I made an order for a Christmas gift. Three days later no confirmation email has been received. I am getting worried and not sure if I should ring my bank to organise a chargeback and order from a different supplier.
