Took a webpage from us and listed in their directory with a totally wrong heading, then spammed us via the contact form on the website. Not just spam but copyright infringement.
Automated directory entry, zero privacy assurance
They automatically set up a directory entry on their site with a badly-chosen excerpt from an inappropriate page on our site. Then they used our website contact form to inform us that to make changes, we should claim the entry. To do so we have to register. To do that, we have to agree to their privacy policy, and T&C… which are each a BLANK web page!!
