My assessor, Bev, was great to work with. She broke down the what was required to complete the coursework into manageable chunks and was always on hand to answer any questions.

Working with Direct Partners and Nicole was an amazing experience which helped me work out what I want out of my career and the workplace. Nicole was incredibly helpful and made sure I settled into my new role by providing guidance and support whenever necessary and I cannot thank her enough!

The team and in particuar Nicole were fantastic- a real support and kept me on track to completing my qualification. Nicole was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, supporting with the right informaiton when needed and seeking updates when these were needed for my employer compliance.

I came to UK from India for the first time, and Direct Partners was the first place which gave me training experience in UK. The people over there are so warm, it just became like a home to me. I learned a lot during my training. I got my childcare job through direct Partners. Lisa and Bev were my observers and they were so warm, helping and caring. I was so fortunate to have Lisa as a mentor. She was supportive and helpful. Lisa answered my queries quickly and thoroughly explained what was required. My experience with my apprenticeship was amazing and was made that much better with the help of Lisa. She was encouraging and supportive and was always there to help if I had any queries. I would've struggled a lot more if I had not had Lisa to help with any issues. I would definitely recommend and would like to thank Lisa with assisting me through it.

Nicole was amazing with me from start to finish! She helped me get through the process with so much patience as I took a little while to complete my apprenticeship. She never rushed me and was always a message away if I needed any help. Whoever gets to work with her is extremely lucky and in the best of hands. Thank you again Nicole for all your support, you’re amazing.
