Broken mug

I would have given five stars but one of the mug's came broken through being badly packed and when I sent an email you didn't reply

Have not got part of my order - no responses

I have not got part of my order and for 2 weeks no one responding to the phone and emails. That is strange, as before I had a conversation in email. The missing part is not too valuable and not small at all. I have no idea what to do, hopefully, the store will reply to me.
Update: after this review I got refund for missing part

Service poor overall, communication awful

I ordered 26 items (all the same), 15 arrived in a box very promptly and a receipt stating, order complete.
Multiple contact was made and response was very slow. I threatened to use the Chargeback facility available through your bank. Then I got a response and refund. I see others rate Directpick as poor.....I would have to agree.

Just so you know the process of claims takes 7-14 workig days it could take long depending on a claim and then a refund is issed.

I ordered some rose ties which were not…

I ordered some rose ties which were not delivered because of insufficient carriage paid by the company, which I had paid .
Royal Mail did not deliver the goods or leave a card , which I told Kara at customer care.
She did not listen as I informed her that I was unable to collect the goods or supply them with a reference number from the card that Royal Mail did not leave .
All she did was repeat what I was unable to do .
Total ignorance is best to describe, No acknowledgment of their error or customer care .
LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR PURCHASES

I would give zero stars if I could!

I would give zero stars if I could!. I placed and paid order on 5/12/24 ,was told 4-6 days delivery. Not despatched till 9/12/24!. I still do not have goods,royal mail tracking not working j have emailed them and had no reply,delivery was extra so where are my goods! Avoid this company !
