Great customer service
This company is amazing, order arrived within two days, safely packaged and in perfect condition. Saved me having to carry three heavy pots of paint.

Dreadful - won’t be using them again
Three packs of flooring ordered - arrived with no additional packaging and one was clearly resealed (perhaps an already returned product).
Of the 30 pieces of flooring only 18 were undamaged.
After much to’ing and fro’ing, unanswered phone calls/emails and collections not happening (collection was arranged but they used their own postcode!) I raised a dispute via PayPal.
Thanks to PayPal I managed to get a refund for the returned pack.

Ordered 1 item that was on sale. Went to pay via PayPal should have cost £10.74. Every time I went to PayPal it changed amount to £16.73 adding £5.99 without telling me why or anything. Checked this and it did it several times! I was only ordering 1 small item so wouldn’t be paying that in postage if that’s what it was.

Some how though the postman must of realised his mistake and delivered my item within about 2 hours of them saying so.

I received 4 door handles - 3 correct, 1 wrong. Informed them within 20 minutes by email and included a photo. Customer services are terrible, ignored for 3 days. Then advised they would arrange. Then absolutely nothing since (7 days), don't respond to emails and don't answer the phone. I have escalated to my Visa company.

Ordered a load of dog food
Ordered a load of dog food. After over two weeks and politely chasing twice my order was refunded. They claim that the stock they had was unsellable and they were waiting on a supplier who let them down. If that were true why would they not give me the option to wait and given that I ordered 12 bags I find it highly unlikely they couldn't fulfill any of it. I think they want to re-sell it at a different price

I placed an order on Monday and paid for 3 day delivery and after 5 days I still have not received my order. No communication and because I didn’t create an account I cannot track the delivery. Poor service and still awaiting delivery

Wow....where to start..
So, after 7 emails, (They say they will respond up to 48hrs of initial email contact), anyhow, so after the 7th email, did get a response. I was actually charged an additional postage fee by Royal Mail. Hold up...I paid for delivery when I placed my order. I can only assume that whoever is responsible for dealing with the postage made an error. After all, we are not ALL infallable, and giving them the benefit of the doubt, mistake can happen. I duly took a photo and emailed it over showing proof of the additional postage. I was AGAIN asked to send proof, which AGAIN, I duly did. I can say, that after nearly 3wks, I have been now reimbursed at long last. Thank you Directpick.
