A1 very good service and delivery

The best company thy went out of their way for me delivery was first class five star all day long thanks. Kev. I can only comment on the Stoke Branch.

This company is not to be trusted on delivery times.
I was not forewarned that the materials I ordered were short until the actual delivery time, which left no time to arrange an alternative purchase. Was advised the missing items would follow 3 days later, they did not. I had to phone them to find out it would then be another 3 days before delivery accompanied by a lame excuse.

I await to see if it arrives………..
Would not use them again, time is money.

So the promised delivery for Monday 2nd June did not arrive. I am not surprised, THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC and what they say cannot be trusted. I will never do business with them again.
I will now use my credit card company to redeem the cost of the items.
BE WARNED.

From time of order to delivery all was well

Terrible.
Promised me delivery on Thursday so took a day off work.. Had a roofer booked for the weekend to do the work. Materials never turned up not even a phone call. Had to chase to see where they were.. No apologies no offer of any discount.. Had to pay the roofer, and have to re book him now for a future date to fit. I would shop elsewhere

Website easy to use, good products well priced and delivery slot sorted at purchase, all good. Only minor criticism, no further confirmation on delivery, mine came as arranged, but would be nice to hear on the morning of delivery that everything was going to plan. Customer services very good at responding though via the email link. Would definitely use again

All came in prompt time and all things were correct as ordered. But gutters were dent, but luckily brackets didn't attach it place otherwise wont fix!

What a shambles, not what I was expecting from this company, place my order picked my delivery day read the terms and conditions e,g if you miss delivery will be charged £30 for each reattempt delivery

I booked time off work for delivery it never turned up had the next day off didn't turn up, contacted the company directly many phone calls, put through to their local supplier, and was told it would be delivered the week after the weekend, unacceptable,

I made my intentions to cancel my order and I've got to say the local supplier jumped through hoops to help me direct plastic jest brushed me off, the supplier made a really effort and got it delivered the next day by 9am on a Saturday a++, ( gap )

I contacted direct plastic and asked for a refund of the delivery fee and they refused with a answer it was delivered yes it was three days late not acceptable will not be using this company again so my advice avoid them I will be
