Customer service is excellent, with very swift responses to e-mails, and my problems were resolved in a very helpful manner. I had ordered the wrong parts by mistake, thinking it was their mistake and they sent the parts I needed the next morning without any extra charge. I was dealing with the same person each time who was super helpful and went the extra mile in calling the depot and letting me know when to expect my delivery. I also had contact from the driver by phone when he had problems reaching me the first time. Everything about this company seems tightly run and I cannot fault them. I also like that none of their plastics have horrible stickers on like you get from big stores with their logo which need removing with a heat gun because of nasty residue they leave. I'll be sure to use again in future.

I had an issue with a delivery message being sent out (by mistake) before the product had been delivered. I queried this both by email and a phone call. Both times I received efficient and friendly service from the staff.
My product has now been delivered a day early!

I have had ongoing speedy delivery and regular updates and calls to confirm delivery times. A recent order lead to incorrect products being delivered which was resolved within one working day of going into a bank holiday weekend. Excellent service.

I could not believe, ordered window boards on Tuesday, delivered early Wednesday ( the next day). Price good, delivery man friendly and helpful

I ordered some guttering, on the web site you get a drop down calendar for a delivery date. I chose my preferred date, the item never turned up. When I complained they said it was just a guide, and the item would arrive the follow day, I was going to be out so I left a note on the door asking them to leave the item on my drive. About 4 pm I received a text saying they could not find my house and to call the following day and that they had tried to phone me several times,( they did not as I had my phone with me) As it was now Friday they could not deliver until Monday ( today) again they could not find my house but I did recieve a call and guided the driver to my house. When I opened the packages low and behold three items where missing. It is an utter shambles, I will never use them again and I can understand why there are so many negative reviews.

Had a missing item from order which happens ,emailed direct plastics they were great missing item was in my hand by the afternoon , great customer service .

Placed an order after ringing for advice. They were really helpful. Order arrived next day. I had ordered a couple of incorrect items. Rang up and these were exchanged and correct items were delivered next day. Had a couple of items left over after installation. Emailed there customer services. Items were picked up the following day. There is a 20% restock charge which I think is quite fair. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I selected a delivery date and they have delivered on exactly that date which given materials and deliveries nowadays it's impressive to hold up their end. Great service 👏

Wow, what a brilliant company! In the trade, order 2 lengths of laminated cill board and it arrived within 3 days. All my usual suppliers greeted me with haven't got it, can't get it, you'll have to use something else! Guess where I'm going in the future for all my plastics? Lot cheaper as well, no wonder so many companies are going down the pan!

I ordered two 8 ft sheets of corrugated plastic roofing Tuesday lunchtime, delivered safely wrapped Thursday lunchtime. Two days, awesome!

Stay well clear of this company, poor service , full of excuses, nearly two month to get a piece of plastic !
How ridiculous is that ? I have must customers down , they think i lying with them about the delay, Use them at your own RISK. They are based in Blackburn

I was changing the picture in a rather large frame when at the final hurdle the glass cracked then snapped in two. I looked online and found direct plastics. The order process was very simple, I checked then submitted my measurements selected the thickness required and placed my order. The next day, within 24 hours of placing the order it was delivered. A perfect fit. I'm delighted and more importantly so is my wife.

Found this company by chance. I needed some upvc architrave as I had just fitted new french doors. I thought the website was brilliant, simple to use and their prices very competitive and great value. Dispatch and delivery was quick. However the courier only bought 1 parcel instead of 2. I contacted customer services at plastdirect about this and they were fantastic, very quick response and very helpful. My other parcel arrived the next day. The issue was nothing to do with plastdirect but to do with the courier and plastdirect assured me this is being looked into. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again... No hesitation

Fitted a window for me in a bathroom. Nice people to deal with and the product looks good and is about 40% the cost of the bespoke hardwood equivalent quote. So recommended.

I cannot praise the service I received enough from Toni. What a breath of fresh air. Nothing too much trouble, checked they had the items I needed in stock (soffit boards, facia joiners etc), talked me through everything to make sure I was ordering the correct items, as i had not ordered anything like this before. Made my order on the Monday, Toni advised would be delivered by end of the week and it arrived the next day!! Me and my husband were so impressed! I've made another order today, spoke to Toni again, so, so helpful, easy to talk to, such a pleasure to speak to.

I'd give 10 stars if I could, would highly recommend this company and speak to Toni, she is a credit to Direct Plastics. You have one in a million there!!

My experience was first class, spent approx £900 on Fascia, Soffit, guttering and fittings. Simon was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone and emails. Arrived in good condition and even the delivery driver was helpful and friendly. Have already made another order (which has already been delivered) Only thing, a couple of items were out of stock (the website should’ve indicated this) However these were delivered a couple of days later and I was kept informed throughout. I have no hesitation to order from here in the future.
