This company caused months of stress, confusion, and financial loss. Our move was scheduled for August 1, yet our furniture did not arrive until the end of September. Nearly two months passed with zero communication, and at times we genuinely did not know where our entire household was.
Over the course of three months, we logged 45 phone calls (only 4 were ever answered). We also sent 27 emails, of which only 3 received responses when they had the word ’legal’ in the email. The level of noncommunication was beyond negligent.
When we attempted to locate our things, we were repeatedly told the truck had “broken down.” At one point, we were told the truck was in a repair facility for two weeks, yet two different employees told us it was located in two completely different cities. Meanwhile, four people in the office admitted they could not tell us where the truck was at all meaning no one could tell us where everything we owned was.
We called the facility that our AirTag said it was located at and he was the only guy who was able to tell us what was wrong with the truck and the exact location of the truck, and this guy didn’t even work for the moving company. We didn’t research to find out who we could call based on what our AirTag was telling us
The only reason we had any idea where our things were was because we had placed AirTags inside multiple pieces of furniture. Without those AirTags, we would have had absolutely no way of knowing where our items were. Even more alarming, the AirTag directly contradicted what we were being told by the company about where the truck was.
The problems began immediately. On our original pickup date, no one showed up and no one contacted us to say the pickup was canceled. I had to call the next day to find out what happened - there was no after hours service. One employee said there was a truck issue; another later said there was no truck issue at all and that they were simply behind on another job in a different city. The stories constantly changed.
When our things finally arrived, they were damaged and incomplete. We are missing one entire box, had two broken lamps, two broken pieces of furniture, and there was sticky liquid spilled all over our electronics, causing further damage and concern.
We reported the company to the Better Business Bureau. I lost three years off of my life. do not fall for the good pricing compared to other companies. If you were thinking, this move might be better than other peoples experiences - You are wrong. At all costs do not use this company.
My sales representative’s name was Richard, and I could never get a hold of him. It wasn’t until I started telling him that everything was being documented in case we had to bring a third-party involved when he started to respond.
When you get a call from them they are super professional and answer all your questions. They have you triple check all your items to provide an accurate quote. There were many calls about my inventory. Paul (the person whom I made initial contact with) even had me count boxes to ensure i was getting as accurate of a quote as possible. They stated they provided 30 days of free storage so when I was ready with the new address to let them know and it would be delivered no problem. Like its no big deal. They made me feel comfortable like it was all taken care of and i dont need to worry.

When I called to notify them of my new address and move in date I was then told to send an email with the new information and inform them of my first available delivery date.
This was new to me because at no time during the calls I had with Paul was I told that and the movers that picked up the items never told me that. But I did it anyway. Its an email so okay.
Two business days later I call to find out an update.
My items were never shipped out and Diego (I believe he may be the owner which is why he is so blatantly rude) started telling me that I was told by Paul that it could take any where from 2 to 14 business days of arrival of my items.
Not true.
I challenged him on this. Not only did he continue to argue with me he was caught in a bold face lie when he told me that he has the call recorded and I encouraged him to call me back after he listens to it. He argued that he didn't have to because AI pulled up the call. As I insisted that he listen to the call he stated that he had. I called him out quickly because he has just stated that he didn't have to because of AI.
He then proceeds to imply that im stupid by asking me what would I have done if my items have gotten there soon to my new address?
I explained i would have put it in storage.
Then what? He asks
I would have hired local movers/handyman to move it into the unit, I replied.
Well then why didn't you do that he said?
BECAUSE YOUR OFFICE NEVER TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE THIS LONG!!!!!
I told him im not stupid and if I would have known I absolutely would have made arrangements and figured it out.
Will never use them again nor will I be referring anyone to them.
The team was great! They arrived on time; they introduced themselves politely and got right to work. They wrapped our furniture well; they hustled and got the work done efficiently. They were careful to pack our things securely in the truck. They did a great job!
