Still waiting for my husbands glasses. Zoe is very nice but have been waiting a considerable time now. They should not use Royal Mail as a carrier, they are the worst delivery company.

The fastest and most professional service on line , great quality glasses and superb customer service from Zoe and the guys and girls in the lab , I had an exam looming , I lost my specs on the 11th Nov 7 days before my exam went on line and via the simple ordering process ordered, some none standard specs at 14.00 that day and had them delivered in 5 working days ready for my exam … well done Zoe and the team you are absolute stars great work

Being told be with you soon new glasses I paid an extra £19 for next day delivery still no glasses . I have a terminal illness leukaemia and they seem to not to care .They said i paid for reading glasses of this was the case why didn't they come the next day delivery? I ordered varifocals but they sent me my order and highlighted readind glasses which they put on. I sent my prescription and was verified I have been very patient with this company. Stay clear from them no reply from last email and still no glasses disgusting behaviour. They charged me £19.99 next day delivery no refund only cost them £9.95 to send glasses that were altered only prescription disgusting company . I also dont believe these reviews from other people are genuine.

I rang customer service before placing my order and was immediately put through to a lovely lady named Zoe. She expertly advised me on the best glasses and clip-on sunglasses for my needs, and even noted to the technicians to tighten the frames for extra security, just as I requested. Her description of the glasses was superb (it turned out she was wearing the exact same pair I was asking about!), and when they arrived, they were perfect. After that call, I completely disregarded several other "next-day glasses" companies. Zoe’s service was the deciding factor - shall be ordering from directsight again!

The finished products were superb, can’t be faulted.
There were a few issues on the customer journey map that could be improved.
On the confirmation email they said the order would be dispatched in 5 working days. Later revised it to 10 working days. I phoned as on day 10 they showed as still in production and was promised despatch in 11 working days. They were finally despatched in 12 and 13 working days. It seems to me pointless contacting Customer Service they always promise but don’t keep to it. The invoice doesn’t get emailed, can’t be downloaded and doesn’t come with the package. I am pretty sure providing an invoice is a legal requirement.
The delivery of the order was to be tracked, but this doesn’t help the customer as they don’t provide tracking numbers.
On both despatch notes the order date and the despatch date are the same, so it strikes me someone is fiddling the stats.
Summary - great products, but the order goes into a big production black hole, you don’t really know when it will come until it plops through your letter box.

My son broke his glasses and needed urgently. Googled next day delivery glasses, a few other sites said no due to prescription. However direct site was easy. I ordered late thursday night and by 9.15am on Saturday morning they arrived. I also did an error on my ordered and received an email back from Maria how got everything sorted for me. Class A service. In a world where the human touch and customer service can be challenging its important to recognise good service. Will be using for all my future needs.

I returned the glasses as they were faulty and one lens was more out of focus than my old glasses. I was then told I will only be refunded the price of the frames and delivery. The majority of the costs is in the lenses. They would only put this part of the refund as a credit for future purchases. Like I am going to do that !!!!

I asked questions prior to ordering and they were immediately answered. The prices are reasonable. One of the two items I ordered had a problem, introduced on their end. I pointed it out and it was immediately and cheerfully corrected, including refunding my postage charge to re-return the item. Overall I am happy with the service and the Customer Service and would use this company again.

After paying for express, next day delivery, and having confirmation on email of a dispatch date; ordered on the 6th, confirmed dispatch of the 8th (yes, delivery est. for 3 days later).. I contacted on the 9th, to be informed they're 'likely' to be dispatched on the 12th..
I get there's a small-print that say's 'may take longer', but charging someone £20 to then get 'if', 'but' & 'maybe', is poor! To then not get a refund, but a cold and blunt (clearly copied and pasted) response - is just poor.

I'm a contact lens user but needed some glasses as I was going on holiday and had recently broken my glasses (which I wear when not wearing my contacts), I spoke to several companies who advertise inexpensive products and quick delivery but they were unable to help me due to my prescription not being suitable and was quoted quite a long delivery time. I spoke to Direct Sight - what a difference! I submitted my prescription to Maria who confirmed they could supply on a next day delivery and also made recommendations. I reflected and placed an order the following day with Zoe. Both girls were great - very polite, friendly and professional. They couldn't have been more helpful. On placing the order I had an email within an hour telling me the glasses were being despatched and they arrived at 9.30 the following morning! Well done Maria and Zoe, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with you.
