best customer service in a long time!!!

Person I spoke to was very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. Restored my faith that there are still some people with good customer service skills. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a very long time. Thank you.

I was totaly lied to in order to get my business

I was signed up under false pretense..I had very specific instructions in order to sign up. I was assured that my bill was going to be one specific bill every month for the duration of my contract, by the way my specific requisite in order to leave Comcast was to have a secure bill every month...because that was why I was leaving Comcast for lack of consistency. well in 5 days after joining I find out my bill will change twice..when I called to cancel because I was lied to. I was told I could not. I will write on YELP, Google and every review board how I was stolen under false pretence and had my rights taken from me...I was SCAMED by DIRECT TV!

Don't trust your bill from this company.

Instead of letting me know of the amount of the increase in cost of my service they include a little note: Effective 2/6/14, new pricing will be applied to DIRECTV programming packages and services. Click here for more complete details.

Which by the way you cant click on. They can change your pricing at any time. Get EVERYTHING in writing.

Feeling "wowed". Kudos to an awesome client experience at Direct Star!

Just signed up for a new direct TV/internet package and had lots of questions about the internet service as I work from home and a reliable service is very important to me. I worked with Nova on Chat who researched my questions and then gave me all call with all the answers. I drilled her for over an hour with my various questions and concerns. She was extremely patient and answered all my questions while being very friendly and pleasant. Never was she impatient with me. She was empathetic and most importantly made me feel important. I work for an amazing company that provides an awesome client experience so I have a high expectation when it comes to service. Kudos to Nova! She is an awesome and a definite asset to Direct Star! Not only was the service outstanding but Direct TV is saving me money! Congratulations! JD Power Award material!!

Pretty happy with the service.

I called to ask questions about installation i.e. are there wires going into all the rooms tv/receivers are in, cost after 12 mos are up, etc. and I felt pushed into buying. Id get one question answered and then I'd get "lets move on with your order." I had to interrupt the rep to get my other questions answered.

hello i just wanted to take the time to tell you about a fantastic experience that i had with one or your sales rep over the internet her name was Nola. Nola was very fast and very professional i call you for the fist time because i was profoundly upset and fed up with comcast i can tell you the comcast is just awful and. i was at my witts end with comcast and was ready to cancel my service with the and was just looking to see what kind of deals where out there and Nola was very kind because i just spent 2 hours on the phone with comcast was to say upset was a understatement being a little burned by comcast i was not as easy going as i could have been but i could here her smile over the phone and she was very kind and very good at her job and i believe help me get a very good deal. it should be noted that i was not ready to switch just yet but because of Nola i made the desishion the direct tv was the right fit and a much better deal then the lying conartits at comcast and singed up for you tv and internet service if Nola is any kind of sing of your service then i think i will be very happy with direct tv comcast should learn from you this is the way you treat a customer by being happy to help and answer questions rather then act like the only game in town and act like your the option with the take it or leave attitude please give nola my thanks

Excellent Customer Service and Fast Install!!! Conf# N64807527 Acct# 6788426

When I called just to inquire about pricing I had no intention of switching to Direct TV right on that call. But the excellent customer service I was given made that change for me. I chose to go with Direct TV and was able to get an installation date the very next day and am now saving over $60/month and got many more channels and features than I was getting with Dish and still saving money!!!! You cannot compare the deals and excellent customer service on top of that sealed the deal for me.

Customer service above the rest!

After shopping around and comparing packages and prices from multiple companies, I was very impressed with the size and price of Direct Tv's packages. I had to call three times in one day. None of the three calls were because of their mess up, they were mine. The first time I called was to order services, the second time was to ask why I was charged a set up fee when it said online there wasn't one. Luckily the lady who assisted me informed that the no set up fee was for orders placed online and she issued me a credit onto my first bill for the confusion! I was very pleased and excited about that. The third time I called was because I forgot to give them the info for my refer a friend discount. All three times that I called, my questions were answered professionally and beyond satisfactory level. At the end of each call all three representatives went over my plan just to make sure it was exactly what I wanted! I have never received customer service like I did today.

I enjoyed bargaining with the representative

Direct gave me the most choices for the money I am willing to spend. Even though I had to make a two year commitment, I can bargain again for the price I can afford. Very pleased with immediate install and free install. Really felt my needs were attended to, when I got off the phone.

I should of signed with Direct TV years ago.

I called Direct TV. Got an immediate follow up phone call. They are such nice people and so accommodating. I can't wait to get my great picture and DVR and free HBO for 3 months. Thank God an affordable cable company with excellent customer service.
