Generator that's unfit for purpose
At the beginning of May I purchased an Invertor Suitcase Generator. On first starting it all seemed good but on starting it for only the second time it was vibrating badly s9 stopped it immediately. On closer inspection through the outer casing I noticed the long mounting bolts that attach the two parts have completely rattled out of the threads due to all the vibration. I bought it via ebay and the fact I'm just outside the 30 days return period ebay can't help and the seller is not interested in resolving the issue, not even a reply to my messages explaining the issue. AVOID like the plague. save your well earned money. Update. I've tried 2 different phone numbers that are claimed to be for DSD Trading but both say I've dialled an incorrect number. Not good.

Bought petrol pressure washer and the pull cord wont retract and stayed out which meant that i couldn't get the engine running. Contacted dsd tools who acknowledged my email and said to check the spring on the pull mechanism. I did this but still the same. Asked for a new pull cord mechanism and the company isn't interested. They'd rather me send the whole machine back at my expense. Don't buy off this company as they're not interested in resolving issues once they've got your money.
