We knew the make and model of charger we wanted to buy and had a look at the deals available online. DTS had the most competitive price and a look at their reviews was very reassuring. We could see that we could expect next day delivery but, as we would be out the following day, we wanted to delay despatch by 24 hours. We gave DTS a call and were impressed by how helpful and friendly they were. The charger arrived, as promised, on schedule. Altogether an excellent experience!

I ordered 5 bathroom wall lights and 6 outdoor ground level lights, along with the lamps to go in them, at around a third of the price I had seen elsewhere. I received the order within a few days, but when the lamps were fitted, the cover of one of the bathroom lights was wrong and would not fit over the lamp. I contacted Direct Trade Supplies and explained the problem and they ordered and posted a replacement which arrived in a few days. Fantastic after-sales service.

Simple to use site, quality products and swift service

Tried to place an order online, stated payment had gone through and got order number but then said order status failed. Called them and he said their system had gone down and he would call me back in about 10 minutes. Waited over 3 hours and called them back. Was advised that the delivery address was wrong as their system would not recognise it, so changed address and tried again and payment wouldn't go through so called them back again and a very flippant and arrogant man who obviously had no customer service training was basically not interested at all so I told him I would buy my items elsewhere and he said something like 'you go do that'. I am a buyer by trade and I will never be using this company to buy any future goods. prefer to work with suppliers who actually have customer service.
