Had a great experience again Steve was very helpful and I received my order the next day with no issues whatsoever. I don't know what happened with these other people but that certainly wasn't my experience.

I've used this website for 2 years, no problems at all up until the last few months, today was the 3rd and final time I received my parcel with 90 tablets missing, I was so happy with this website until recently, it's such a shame. I've tried contacting them through numerous ways but no response at all. Don't use this site. They rip you off and you have no way of getting your money back.

Another happy customer I’ve had prob over 11-17 orders and got every one of them but if you want next day make sure your order between 7-1 els money will bounce back before 7 happened twice

an order placed weds morning (before their 1pm bank transfer same day dispatch cut off time) didnt get received the next day despite them using a 24hr delivery option.

It clearly states if ordered before 1pm it will be sent out same day .

I was told this is due to royal mail issues, however they disputed that.

I recieved Friday. Thats fine, its only one extra day...but again i placed an order yesterday again (before said cut off time and chose the premium delivery option) and havent even recieved a reference number to track the items.

I understand this is still a good service and faster than other conpanies but.... they now charge £8.99 for the small parcel next day delivery and charge an extra 10% of total cost including postage on top for bank transfer. You'd expect at least a reply, or a reference number by now. Paying a premium, you expect a premium service. As a regular customer pretty disappointed at the additional costs and downhill service of late.

I was a bit hesitant at first to place an order with these guys but decided to bite the bullet. I was so glad I took that chance as their service is outstanding. I placed my order for 200x Tramadol 100mg tablets, got sent an email outlining bank transfer instructions and after depositing the amount was given a confirmation email with tracking. The order arrived today (Friday) and I placed my order late Wednesday evening. If I had done so before 2pm I would have received my order the next working day. I was really shocked at their customer service level and everything seems legit. Very happy to have found this as there are so many fake websites out there to be careful of. I have lost a lot of money in the past to those people and I’m glad this is a genuine company that goes about things the right way. You have certainly gained a new customer in me and I look forward to more future transactions.
