The machine leaks and there is no way of seeing where the water is coming from as it is coming out of the back casing

Great! At first you can see that it is not as robust or heavy as the platinum pro ( the water tank just slides on the top & isn't clipped in place). However this model is much easier to clean. Remove the foot cover and the 2 rollers slide out! Just as good cleaning carpets!

Much easier to use than my Platinum model. Does not have the aqua spin but instead has a double roller. I especially like the Dry function.
