Cannot fault them, quality and service is top notch.
This Hoover will be the 2nd or 3rd time we’ve used Direct Vacuums for appliances and again the hoover was indistinguishable from new other than being shipped in a plain box. This is my first stop now when I need a new appliance. Cannot fault them at all.

We bought a VAX Pet floor cleaner over a week ago and want to return for a refund:
We bought a VAX Pet floor cleaner over a week ago and it came with no instructions. Tried using it on a small rug but very unimpressed with the result. Also it leaked the dirty water all over the floor afterwards from the base.
Have spent a week trying to contact them for a refund , but despite numerous emails have not had any reply.
They don't have a contact phone number and their contact form doesn't work, utterly awful .
