Excellent communication from Vik he was very polite and helpful explaining everything about the car. He had also had a few minor works done to it to ensure it was road ready. The car was fully cleaned inside and out looked immaculate excellent condition on the interior considering it's ages I was very impressed. He also delivered the vehicle to my house at short notice with no extra charge. Best service from a business ever highly recommend

Vik could not do enough to ensure the process was a smooth as possible. From arriving and first seeing the car and speaking about the features then going on an extensive test drive so we could test all of them!

Once we knew we wanted the car Vik was spot on in trying to get it sorted for us! He even dropped me a message to make sure I got home safe and the car drove well!

Would give 6 stars if I could! Could not recommend enough!

Viktram is such a nice guy! Friendly, honest and genuine. The whole buying process was non pushy at all, very pleasure experience! The condition of the car was truly immaculate for its age and mileage. Highly recommended!

Vik provided an excellent level of service before & during my purchase of an Audi A5. Prior to purchasing, Vik forwarded photos of all of the relevant service history,MOT & V5 documents & answered all of my questions which gave reassurance regarding the car for sale.
On the day of purchase Vik picked me up from the station and clearly explained the car & technical details of the various vehicle items of equipment. I did not feel rushed & Vik was prepared to give as much time as was needed.
I recently purchased another vehicle from a car dealership & the personal service provided by Vik was far superior.

After searching months for a new car and being let down by several car traders I had completely given up. That was until we met Vik at direct vehicles. My partner went to view the vehicle and expressed how friendly and informative Vik was. Vik delivered the vehicle to me the following day and it was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean inside and out. Vik was really helpful and sorted all the paperwork for me, including 6 months warranty and talked through the vehicle with me. There was two items missing from the vehicle which he purchased and had delivered directly to me. We will definitely be using direct vehicles for any future purchases and would gladly recommend to our friends and family. 5 star service ⭐️
