Amazing Service and Easy Communication via WhatsApp. I initially had my agent pre-book a transfer with Directway Cars to my hotel during my layover between flights in September 2025, and again for my return to LHR as a one-way transfer on October 7th 2025. The service provided on both occasions by Harsh and Mr. Farooq was excellent.
When it came time to return to LHR for my flight home on October 10th, I chose to use Directway Cars again instead of a local taxi company in the area. Their outstanding communication, quick responses, and reliable service gave me complete confidence that my transfer would be safe, comfortable, and efficient.

The company was a pleasure to work with. The driver was always punctual, if nor early. I had a few sudden airline time changes and they were happy to accomodate.

Terrific Transfer to Gatwick
The text prior to our arrival was excellent. The contact from our driver was excellent. The vehicle was excellent. Our driver Mr Senthamaraikannau was kind, courteous and efficient. I wish I could have spoken with him about cricket, but my interest is limited.

Outstanding service from start to finish! The driver was punctual, professional, and courteous. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Booking was seamless, and the entire experience was hassle-free.

My passenger got delayed & was unable to communicate the situation so the original taxi company classed the booking as a no show. DirectWay cars came to the rescue and were extremely helpful and responsive. Everything efficiently handled and good comms throughout the situation.

DirectWay Cars was amazing in helping our transfers during our London stay !
We had last minute accomodation changes but they were prompt in their replies on whatsapp (very convenient when i didnt have cellular service) and able to change our drop off location no stress.
We had the same driver (Mohamed) both to and from Heathrow airport - he was very friendly, and helped us in every way to find our apartment on arrival. He was also a fantastic guide to the city - giving us lots of useful tips and suggestions during our ride - he was a pleasure and such a valuable member to your team. Would love to have him as our driver next time :)
