Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Purchased items online on 4th April, dispatched and on its way within 2 days. Check tracking hasn’t moved since 6th April. It is now 18th April and after several attempts to get an answer as to where my item, nobody is yet to get back in touch with me and provide me any answers or solution. Have an electrician booked for tomorrow so will be left to purchase my items locally and seek charge back via my credit card company. Pathetic customer service. Would not recommend buying from this seller. Happy to take your money, not willing to follow through
