From the very beginning DWK were outstanding to deal with, from designing to site visits and installation they made the whole process easy. Any issue was dealt with and sorted immediately with no questions asked. Would highly recommend for your forever kitchen.

We’ve recently had our kitchen installed and we couldn’t be happier with DWK!
From dealing with Ian at the very beginning of the design process, to Claire who was always in contact regarding the schedule etc, to Dean and Stephen installing the kitchen, everyone was a pleasure to deal with! We really have our dream kitchen and that’s down to the work DWK put in with us. Always had the time and patience whenever we had a question big or small. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The worst kitchen shop I regret buying my kitchen from them you will end up in psychiatric ward email after email phone call after phone calls staffs so rude don’t want to help after sale and delivery.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences with this company. After spending time working on a kitchen design with their designer (who later left), the company stopped communicating completely. Despite several calls and messages, not one person returned my call.

This is not how any business should treat customers who are ready to spend their money. The complete silence and disregard make it seem as though they are selective about who they engage with, which is deeply concerning.

Overall, the service was unprofessional, dismissive, and extremely disappointing. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I received a call from Ross, who was very polite and took the time to apologize on behalf of his staff. He also offered me a discount, which I declined, as my review was never about getting a discount. I truly appreciate his professionalism and effort to make things right, so I’m updating my rating from 1 star to 5 stars.

Built for life- are you having a laugh? Our kitchen fitted in 2023. We are so disappointed in it, paint chipped almost immediately. Very poorly finished. Back in may this year 2 drawers just collapsed and we have been waiting since them for their replacement. Told 5 days that they would come, made arrangements to be here on those days and nothing. Reason for the post now is someone has come finally...with one drawer..and in the wrong colour. This is ridiculous. Avoid this company at all costs.

Originally left the showroom feeling very happy about the service and the kitchen we chose. Unfortunately it was very short lived. We were told up to six weeks which was fine. After the 6 weeks I contacted them and they couldn't give a day until the week of when it was due to be installed. Finally got a day and time but it did not happen. The kitchen was delivered in late afternoon. We then had to contact DWK to find out when fitters would be arriving to which we were told lunch time the following day. I had to contact them again 2 hours after a no show. The fitters arrived 4 hours after the original time. I got the impression the fitters weren't told about our job as they had been on another job. So they got a start on kitchen and came back next day. It was only then that we realised they were missing several doors. We had to wait for a bi-fold door as the office told us the original was wrong size. So another 2 weeks waiting. There were a few other issues. No doubt the kitchen is beautiful but I'm sure there are other companies who could provide the same without the stress. DWK lure you in but their follow up is disastrous

I would give zero stars if I could. When you call out to their show rooms they couldn't be nicer but once a deposit is taken they don't want to know you. It was one disaster after another with them. Bad quality kitchen, poor customer service. I regret using then and would avoid at all costs, if you like to work with honest people who do a good job and care about their costumers, not just the money

What an amazing experience designing our new kitchen! The whole team in DWK are very welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable. Michael was very patient as we deliberated over the design and his expertise in helping us choosing the final layout and design was invaluable. Their showroom blows all other kitchen design centres out of the water and the beautiful children’s playroom is the icing on the cake for parents like us trying to choose a kitchen with kids in tow. I would highly recommend a visit to Edenderry to find your dream kitchen.

DWK have a fabulous showroom in Edenderry which a huge range of full size kitchens on display. We visited and had a consultation with Ian who provided us with a great design for our kitchen. He really listened to our requirements and budget and created a plan to suit us. Very friendly and professional staff. Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic company that worked with us over several months to perfect our dream kitchen and utility room. The end result is better than we visualised and we found Michael great to deal with. Highly recommended.

We couldn’t recommend DWK enough! From start to finish every staff member we dealt with from kitchen designer to fitter were a pleasure to deal with it! Ian, our kitchen designer was so professional and attentive to what we wanted. Ian also showed great patience when it came to me trying to make decisions. Getting the VR experience was fantastic as we got to visualise our completed kitchen! Our whole experience with DWK was very positive and we couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks to all DWK for making our dream kitchen a reality!

Best people I’ve ever dealt with. I’d give them 20 stars if I possibly could from design team to fitters I couldn’t recommend them enough …. Best experience and a truly beautiful kitchen !!

If only I could give it 0 stars. Have been having nothing but problem after problem with the installation of our kitchen for over 3 months now. They will force you to pay the full amount, seem professional until then, and all downhill from thereon. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the units, and especially in the low standard of their installers. Not a single press or unit was straight, aligned or even properly tightened. A nice saw mark in the counter top and still waiting on it all to get replaced.

Terrible experience from start to finish
Paintwork was so bad that the whole
Kitchen had to be resprayed
The sink did not fit and had to be replaced
The bar was a disaster it had to be taken out 3 times by 3 different fitters
The spice rack we ordered did not fit and had to be adjusted 3 time over 3 weeks to get right
The other spice rack did not fit at all
We had 3 large doors 🚪 replaced as the were like bananas 🍌 bent
They make so many promises that are totally false
My advice is to stay away I would definitely not recommend them.

Originally thought we were dealing with a professional outfit who did a good job but as time has passed I really regret using them. The units either side of the extractor fan are actually fitted at different heights. About 20mm in the difference which is embarrassing for a fitter. We have then had one of the doors on the units slant from being level so many times. One time it actually fell off the hinges. They've been out 3 times over the last couple of years to fix it. Their fitter actually said he couldn't guarantee it won't happen again which is unbelievable. Clearly it needs an extra hinge but instead of coming to fix it this time they have decided to ignore the problem. Also the laminate off one of the presses has pealed off from the panel. So at the end of our antricite grey kitchen there is just bare timber. Again they won't respond to requests to fix it. The 10 year warranty you get is useless because they're customer service is non existent.
