The company measured incorrectly to replace old blinds. When they fitted the blinds I complained immediately that they were an inferior fit to the previous blinds. They have refused to either replace the blinds or provide compensation. We couldn't be more dissatisfied and disappointed. Avoid this company at all costs.
Very bad experience with Dirty Blinds. We made Roman Blinds for them about a month ago and they they said that our work was not 'up to standard', didn't pay us for the job, and they kept our Roman Blinds. Do not recommend.

They have a vast selection of fabrics, with helpful and knowledgeable staff who understood very well during my first visit to their showroom what type and style of material I wanted. On my second visit a few days later, they had pre-selected a number of samples and these were exactly what I was looking for.
This allowed me to rapidly finalise my choice of three fabrics for three Roman blinds. I am very pleased with the quality and finish of these blinds. The person who came to install them was punctual, did an excellent job and cleared up before leaving.
Dirty Blinds have been less than helpful. They have denied responsibility for a badly fitted track for curtains and charged us to have it refitted, saying that we had "abused the curtain track" and had taken it down when we had not done so, so basically said we were lying. Even their technician when coming to first see the track they had put up, said it had not been fitted correctly. However, according to their customer service they can't be responsible as they don't do work of that standard! I would never use them again.
To be constructive in this review: "I'd say be very careful if you don't feel that their work is up to standard and complain immediately to get customer service to take responsibility."
Replaced the motors in both blinds and reset them. All well and excellent service provided, especially by Phoebe coordinating everything.
