Lotty was very professional in dealing with all my enquiries, her response was outstanding and returned my calls promptly. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
Two manual wheelchair users and one limited mobility
We have just booked our first holiday with Disabled Holidays and we cannot wait to go next June. Nicola was absolutely fantastic!!! Having booked many disappointing holidays in the past where we were promised accessibility etc its became very worrying however I am very confident that this holiday will probably be our best one yet. It is clear the team know exactly what they are doing & understand how important the small things are to those who are disabled & the whole family circle. Thank you again Nicola we are all so excited for our next family holiday especially as we know the property looks to cater to ALL our needs with no compromises at all. Ashleen
Amy Kotzen is a star!
Amy Kotzen was brilliant. She went over and above to find a suitable cruise for my family which other companies failed to do. She dealt with all my queries quickly and professionally and was a pleasure to deal with both via email and on the phone. She is an asset to the company and I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again, due to the efficiency and attention to detail shown.
Fantastic company
Fantastic company! Have used them several times now to book holidays for my family. Adam goes above and beyond and is a credit to the team! Every need for my severely disabled son was met .

I had a great experience booking a holiday for my disabled son. Very easy and seemless.
Fantastic service and would recommend Disabled Holidays
With a new disability we didn't know if we would be able to find a holiday to accommodate our needs. Charley was kind, informative and could not have been more helpful answering our numerous questions and requests for quotes. She made the whole process so easy and stress free with prompt responses everytime. We will definately be booking with Disabled Holidays again and would thoroughly recommend them to everybody
Amazing company
Amazing company! It's very difficult finding hotels abroad with adapted rooms and suitable hotels for the gentleman I support. Last year I contacted disabled holidays as they had a,hotel we had used pre-covid so we used this hotel again last april, the booking process was so easy as they did all the searching and sorting out from hotel room to adapted transfers in furteventura. We have recently been in touch with charley regarding returning again next may, on both occasions the communication has been excellent, always keeping me in the loop as to how things are going. Thank you so very much disabled holidays you really are a gem of a company.
Making very special family memories.
We honestly didn't think we'd be able to take our parents on holiday again, but Adam found us the perfect property for a long weekend. The accommodation was beautiful and our host, David was kind and attentive. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday. The hotel room and the hotel was perfect for my 83 year old mother. Nicola was brilliant and made sure the hotel was perfect. Also helped me to check in on line. Someone was always there to help. Great company, well done team we all had a memorable experience
Fantastic booking experience
Have had the most wonderful experience booking a long weekend to Amsterdam with Nicola. She couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly, supportive, informative and all round fabulous in finding a hotel that caters for my mobility and health needs. Thank you so very much!! Can’t recommend you highly enough 👍🏻😃
Adam was so helpful and friendly
Adam was so helpful and friendly. He made it really easy to book the right accommodation to meet my mums needs. This has allowed my mum to go on holiday again with her family. The accommodation is perfect and we are very grateful to disabled holidays.
So easy to book a holiday that met our needs
It couldn't have been easier to book the holiday. I was anxious about getting a holiday that suited our needs, but Adam made the whole thing straightforward and was very quick and responsive. Thanks.
London Town
When booking a short break in London to visit my son and family. Adam the person helping me with my London break. (97734). Was extremely helpful and I was very impressed in the way he sorted out my holiday.
Thank you.
Barry.
We have not had our holiday yet
We have not had our holiday yet - this is a review of the booking process. After trying another well known holiday cottage booking agency which proved utterly useless, I stumbled on Disabled Holidays on line. From my first tentative enquiry to the booking made today, the process has been simplicity itself, Lottle being efficient and attentive.
Roll-on next May.
A villa called Nightingale
Just returned from our family holiday in Fuengirola. The villa was just perfect for all of us including my husband who is a stroke survivor. Everything about the accommodation had been so well thought out and planned, it meant we could all enjoy the extensive facilities of the villa. There were 9 of us at the villa, making up 3 generations of our family. From the moment we arrived and saw the birthday banners they had put up for my son and the cake they had left in the fridge, the welcome pack and the tour of the villa by Emma we realised we had made the right choice. The villa is situated midway between Fuengirola and Mijas pueblo, set in a semi suburban area but quite private. From start to finish one of the best holidays we have ever had.
If your in a wheelchair DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Having arrived back in the UK on Saturday afternoon it was a relief to get home after the holiday from hell. We trusted booking with disabled holidays safe in the knowledge that our needs would be met, unfortunately that was not the case.
• Flight & Transfer to Hotel perfect no issues
• Dropped off outside the hotel in wheelchair – No dropped kerb! Had to navigate down the road to find a place to access the pavement. Not good enough!
• Arrive at 11:00AM which was ideal only to find out check in was not until 3:00PM so had to hang round like lemons for 4 hours before we could unpack and relax – Not good enough!
• Paid for a room with balcony and sea view, no wheelchair access to balcony not only could my wheelchair not fit through the door there is at least a 4-inch step to navigate – Not good enough!
• Had pre-ordered disabled equipment including a power chair which was ready in our room – perfect! Went out in the chair the same evening, 5 minutes down the road the chair malfunctioned all the lights went out and forced the chair off the pavement into oncoming traffic it’s a miracle I’m still here. My partner had to manually push me back to the hotel. The mobility company swapped the chair the very next day, for another pile of rubbish totally unsuitable and by this stage lost my nerve and didn’t trust the equipment. Never seen such shoddy / old knacked out chair in all my life. Not good enough!
• Next onto the Pool – No Hoist was visible? Asked where the pool hoist was and reception said it’s been brought out as we speak, fabulous at least I could get in the pool – No such luck, battery didn’t work, hoist was out of order! Absolutely not good enough!
• At the airport getting to my seat was no problem with the isle chair but getting out of my seat the isle chair is a different height so couldn’t just slide over so was man handled like a piece of luggage – Jet2 – Not good enough! It’s put me off flying! No chance of going to the toilet on board.
• Hotel was amazing, the food the views the staff were excellent.
• The location of the Hotel is NOT suitable for disabled people especially if you’re in a wheelchair. Was told not to go left out of the hotel towards Magaluf as it’s not accessible. Not good enough!
• Makes me wonder if a representative from Disabled Holiday’s ever actually went to the Hotel to inspect and recommend as a suitable destination.
• NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

a holiday that ticked all the boxes..
Adam and the team at Disabled Holidays were absolutely fantastic in helping my family and me book our first holiday since my husband became disabled two years ago. Their communication was brilliant, which really helped ease my anxiety about going away. Adam was always quick to respond to any questions I had, and his support made the whole process stress-free.
The lodge we stayed in, in Devon, was of an amazing standard and ticked all the boxes for what we needed. It truly made for a wonderful family holiday, and we’re so grateful for the care and attention that went into making it possible.

A total crock - NO THANKS
They require disabled people to go with an able bodied carer! duh! So best that disabled people simpy book with an able bodied companion as organize wheels chairs with the airline when they book (easy to do) and stay at wheelchair friendly hotels - this will likely save them a fortune and give them much greater choice! It is apprent that all disabledholidays.com do is arrange wheelchairs with the airlines and transfers, at a premium and with scant airline / hotel / destination choices; just look at their web pages for many destinations to see hotels described generically, not by name, and airlines too.

Lilly was so helpful from start to finish, finding the right property to meet our needs in the right area and in the right timeframe. She was so helpful and responsive over email and telephone! Thank you
