The team from disaster care capital have been nothing short of amazing. When there is a disaster in your home, what you need is people sorting it out who are thoughtful, caring, and efficient. Almost without exception, this is how I would describe the technicians. The Claims handler Jaylan is especially wonderful and has kept me up-to-date with progress via WhatsApp in a very friendly way. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Ali and his team did an excellent job. They worked quickly and thoroughly and found the site of the leak. They also protected the surrounding area and left no mess. I was in good hands and very grateful.

We had a major leak from a burst mains pipe under our house. DCC have done a great job drying everything with fans and dehumidifiers. They have visited every week and kept us informed of progress. Happily everything is back to normal now and we can get on with our lives! Special mentions to Sam and Archie who worked brilliantly in really difficult conditions.

Ali and his team were really efficient and friendly - they explained everything, got the equipment set up quickly and had everything dried in half the time I expected! Really nice guys too, recommended if you’re ever in the unfortunate situation of needing their help

Waile Bilal and Archie were very organised and efficient at exposing the water- damaged areas and installing drying equipment and ancillaries. Their meticulous cleaning and tidying of what was clearly a very messy job was straightahead impressive and much appreciated.

We had a small fire - no water damage, just smoke - and DDC were sent via our insurance company to deep clean and de-odorize the house.
They were outstanding. From the first phone call from They-Yazen, to the finished item. They arrived on time in full CSI outfits, were unfazed by anything - we had NO power but they sorted by asking neighbours builders. Every wall, ceiling, behind all furniture, incl. fridgefreezer, tumble driers. Every cupboard top. Even hoovering the loft, incl the inside of the roof. They kept me up to date with their progress throughout the day with photos via Whatsap. The whole team were fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a proper deep clean. The team have been very communicative and always on hand for my queries when I call. Sam has been very diligent and give us realistic timeframes and expectations.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Terrible service. Technicians were late, rude and uncommunicative. Claims handlers were ill informed, dishonest and incompetent. Service was lengthy and unclear throughout and generally incomplete. I sincerely hope you don’t not have to use this company.

Even after complaining to my insurance provided I was still hassled by the director where a performative 'investigation' was carrierd out, where he comfirmed that he was 100% happy with the service provided. If you see the name DisasterCare Caspital, Run

Amazing company. From their central office support (Jaylan) who was on hand to help me with my every query, to their in person visits, they've helped me so much with a leak.

As a result of a water leak at our property we needed 2 humidifiers and regular monitoring. The guys came out every week until the drying process was complete. Thank you. A special shout out to Sam who was fab.

Sam explained everything and reassured us, much appreciated. Felt confident for the work to be signed off.
