Great customer service. Contacted me after order to advise I hadn’t applied a seasonal discount and gave me options to apply a credit or a freebie towel (I can always use another towel). Super friendly, impeccable comms.

Managed to find the disc I was after which wasn't on any of the other UK based sites. Dispatched on first working day. Delivery got delayed by royal mail. Disc lords checked in via email on the delivery day to confirm delivery and had already committed to sending out another should this one be lost in the post. Fortunately it arrived the day after no drama. Appreciated the comms and customer service. Will be back again.
