Slow, ask for so much information for references even though I provide bank statement as proof, any transactions incoming are seen as income, even refunds.

Overall the communication wasn't too bad, however it was a little slow.

I was also told that you were unable to contact my previous employer, and that I had to provide the contact details of my manager etc. This simply wasn't true, as you only requested the info from my previous employer after you had told me that they were uncontactable.

It was also raised that there were certain transactions that could be interpreted as income. Some of the higlighted transactions were clearly labelled as friends paying me back for amazon purchases / dinner and it just seemed like an unnecessary step that delayed the application being processed.
