I've bought some blue discs to play backups in my PlayStation 2 (like 10 years ago) and it didn't work. When I contacted them, they said that they wouldn't give me my money back.
Horrible experience
Excellent service, quick delivery and good website. So pleased with the service I received I would really recommend this site. I am over the moon with my new T300 RS and can't praise this site enough.
I did email them first to make sure what I was buying was available. I placed my order which was cancelled by them a few days later. Two months have passed and several emails they just promise to refund me, blaming the whole scam on my bank. I consider this site a scam running business and plan to report it to wherever I can. Stay away or risk loosing your money.
My order arrived in good time. The product was as described and the customer service was what I would expect. I had an answer within 24hrs to my e-mail enquiry and I had communications from discoazul.com and a very good delivery tracking from UPS.
The only thing I will say, I thought I was buying from the UK as the website said .co.uk
However the firm is Spanish so my order came from Spain through France to the UK.
All in all I'm very happy and may well use this company again.

In short: didn't get what I ordered; money reimbursement took forever; days went by with no response to emails (we exchange almost 40 emails (about 30 from me and 10 from them); more than 2 (!!!) months to finalize a simple 2 weeks (tops) order.
I left them a very polite email to show them how bad I was treated. Guess what? Yes, they didn't even cared to reply...
Worst experience ever with any online retailer. Sent a faulty item and also an item that was heavily used yet being sold as brand new. It's almost impossible to get through to anyone and the customer service is a joke. Buy from someone with a reputation. AVOID!!
