I am cheap. I don’t like to spend money I don’t have to. I have been using the free Privacy Pro, a Disconnect VPN app, for a few years. It works great for blocking ads but this VPN is never rated highly by the reviewers that review VPN security and being free, it makes me question what I might be giving up. Their website gives me a “not a real company” vibe but they are so good at blocking ads. The nagging feeling that free might not be good for my internet security means I will be giving a more reputable company my hard earned cash.

Bought a lifetime VPN subscription only for it to last less than 6 months before the entire program stopped working altogether.

Not only that but they just blatantly lie about their product on their own website.

Also some reason the app has been removed completely from the android play store so I cannot reinstall it anyway.

This is a truly horrible VPN. Stay away from it like a plague. It drops connection all the time and causing jobs requiring continuous internet connection (like downloading) to be interrupted. I sent them 3 emails but didn't ever receive a reply and the issue still persists. The speed is poor and the number of servers is even less than the number of your fingers.
More to say, their IP are usually blocked by lots of websites like Vimeo, Google, etc.
This VPN is useless. Their Windows app can never connect to any server. No wonder why it's dirt cheap on deal sites like Stacksocial.com.
Recently, their servers stop working and cannot connect to any of them, on all platforms.
