Fantastic experience from start to finish with Discount building supplies.
I ordered a quantity of their arched feather edged fence panels for my garden. Delivery was smooth and the drivers carefully placed everything right where I needed it.
The wood used is of top quality, the panels flawless & are made to a high standard, they were clean and well-treated & they fit perfectly and look just great in my garden.

Ordered fence panels which initially took nearly 3 weeks to deliver when arrived very good quality but i ordered wrong size. Company were very good and arranged to swap them for me delivery this time was quicker .

Placed a order took over 3 weeks to get through to them then a further 2 weeks to recive it, the kickboared sent was still liquid inside and not set when made, clearly a rush job, 90% of them cracked when taking them from the pallet. I wouldnt reccomend them but the customer service was good. The delivery went well and was good. Just not happy with the product and how long it took to sort out.

I BOUGHT SOME MATERIALS FOR FENCE BUILDING A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO AND THOUGHT AT THE TIME THAT EVEN THOUGH I WAS SPENDING MONEY IT WAS RATHER A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.ALL STAFF EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY OFFERING SERVICE WITH A SMILE. 1 OF MY CONCRETE POSTS WAS SHOWING A CRACK AND WAS ACTUALLY MOVING.QUITE AMAZINGLY THEY JUST REPLACED IT AND WITHOUT HESITATION ( THE STRANGE THING WAS I NEVER ASKED OR EVEN SUGGESTED A FREE REPLACEMENT..THEY DID..WOW).AS YOU CAN EXPECT I WOULD RECOMMEND COMPLETELY AND WITHOUT AND RESERVATIONS FOR ANY BUILDING SUPPLIES. Thank you discount building supplies my order was delivered on time and the driver put the goods well up the driveway so less lifting for me

I placed a order and recived no infomation when my order will be delivered or dispatched no tracking info nothing, just a thanks for the order. Tryed to contact them to get a delivery date and had no reply via email and call. Finally it arrives and i have to say i am not happy. The concrete kickboared were not set still wet like they was just caat that day, still gray can when movong them could feel the rebar moving and tapping on the inside. Lost a couple of them due to not being dryed out long enough, rushing my order. I ordered on the 24th arrived on the 12th. After contacting them to find out were my order was.

I am very much disappointed by their service. Order placed on 10th April has not been delivered till today 25th April. After multiple contacts was given delivery date of 24th. No show until 1pm, called back, was told driver on his way. No one turned up until 4 called back now answer. Still waiting!!!
