Ordered 4 x joint powder off them with one being old and foul smelling. Raised my concerns with customer care to be told that they'd look into it yet months passed and nothing so I reached out and they said all is well if expiry hasn't passed. Ok so storage or delivery doesn't impact this?? Unbelievable

Product i purchased is great
Product i purchased is great, price great, customer service responsive but unfortunately the postage has to be the longest I've experienced especially when you pay $10, should be free over a certain amount, like most places. I order a lot of online products, most postage is free & takes 2-3 days max not a week & a half.. will see if who sells this item as this is way too long

Experience was just okay,first of all…
Experience was just okay,first of all could not put cvn number of my credit card in,no space to do this on line. Phoned your company told me they were working on site try again in a couple of hours. Did so again still could not. So phoned company again, took order over phone lot of time taken to do this. Have not checked your site since. Then delivery driver said he could not deliver even though my partner was inside the gate at the time. He apparently has done this a view times this particular courier driver. So got it from LPO
Lot of mucking around got their in the end bit frustrating.

Highly recommended
Highly recommended! Prices and range is excellent. One item was out of stock and I was emailed when it was back in stock to complete my order which was very good service. Only small issue was when my items arrived they were dirty and when I wiped them clean, the cloth was covered in brown dirt/dust, probably from sitting on a shelf in a warehouse or something.
