Very very poor and will never use…

Very very poor and will never use again. Despite the fact I had an email from them confirming confirmation of my purchase on 3/11 they deny all knowledge?? This feels like a scam and now they are asking for receipts and mails etc that they have already had? Appalling customer service and I am not "fighting" for something that I am entitled to receive. I will never use them again and would not recommend. They will probably deny everything as shown in previous reviews, terrible service.
****1/3 asking for documents when I have already had the second email inNovember confirming the transaction??? Absolute disgrace, avoid and use another voucher code company!!

Some issues, but everything got sorted

‘Gambled’ on using Metro/MailOnline over other popular cashback platforms I use regularly, as the reward offered against our expensive(!) TUI holiday was of such a high value - but I remained somewhat dubious it would pay out throughout. The tracking didn’t work automatically and so I needed to put in a manual request for help. This then gave a reply from customer services that it had actually triggered the referral ok, but required a few months wait (as with all referral schemes they need time to validate).

The reward still didn’t arrive automatically in the extended timeframe - however within a week of requesting help again, customer support had issued the reward voucher - so whilst the technology didn’t work as smoothly as it could have done I really can’t complain about the service.

Not sure if Pierre is a real customer sevice agent or a pseudonym - but thanks either way! 👍🏻

Complete rubbish

Complete rubbish. I applied for two codes for John Lewis, received their first emails, followed their instructions carefully, made two large purchases. When I didn’t receive the second emails with the gift cards, I followed this up. They asked me to provide the VAT receipts and confirmation of the first emails, which I did, but they then claimed “We have used the evidence provided to investigate our records and can confirm your transaction wasn't found“ and sent a generic list of possible reasons why it hadn’t worked and claimed unfortunately they can’t do anything as a “third party company”.

It has taken 5 months to get me voucher…

It has taken 5 months to get my voucher as the emails are not answered u less you constantly chase.

Poor customer experience and I would not use again

And now after giving a poor rating, the company writes saying I have not received any emails from me. I have sent a copy to them as proof.

I wonder how long it will take to respond…

We confirm your transaction is completed and is being successfully tracked. As mentioned in the confirmation email you have received and according to the FAQ page, this may take up to 1-4 months from the date of purchase to validate and send your reward.

At this moment, it would not be possible to provide an exact time and date as it varies on the retailer’s return/refund policy and the type of product purchased.

Poor tracking

Second time now I've chosen this site over others for Rewards and lost out.

Despite being able to show I registered, and showing times of bookings and providing evidence, the expedia tracking link has failed. I reported this last time where the registration email didn't arrive and now again its failed to track.

I asked for it to be escalated to no avail.

I've used the site many times and it used to work very well (so i know what to do or not), now it's hit and miss. Rather use topcashback or other sites - lower reward but it works better and if not, their follow up team guve the benefit of doubt if you can provide evidence.

Here, evidence means nothing and no fighting for the customer.

I've said it before- they reel you in with the best rewards but make it hard to get them.

No response to emails

I sent an email back in September after waiting for the 3 month validation period (started from May), enquiring about a reward I didn’t receive for Ninja Kitchen. I’ve given them another 3 months and still had no correspondence so definitely won’t use again or recommend to others.

I received the zendesk email from you on 12/01/24, which I replied to on the 14th.

It has been over 3 weeks and I’ve had no reply from this.

I chased this up again, forwarded the relevant order emails and was told I can’t claim a reward after 1.5 years. I replied saying it wasn’t any fault of mine and got the £40 reward. There was a possible technical issue.

Company is a scam!

Did everything correctly to get a £30 voucher for Amazon by doing a VistaPrint order. Over a year later and I'm still trying to chase it up. Scummy company scummy newspaper absolute joke. Clearly a total scam preying on the working classes, just like their newspaper! They won't bother replying I presume, or they will reply once and hope that is enough to placate you but without doing what they legally offered on their website in conjunction with VistaPrint.

5/1/23 editing to reply - yes I did sent the documents and the second I added a review I conveniently had an email back! Blatant lies, AGAIN! have since emailed back for around the 10th time and for the second time with the documents, but I don't hold out much hope!

Reward not received of £200 Amazon gift card for booking a holiday through Travel republic.
Having registered with mail online and receiving confirmation I was waiting for my second verification email and told it could take up to 3 months. After this I followed up with Pierre in reward customer support to be referred to the FAQ and requesting proof of my booking numerous times and told my reward could not be tracked.
I believe these companies are always trying not to pay out what they promise and fob you off with you not following the correct process. So disappointed ☹️

Use other reward providers

Terrible website, use other rewards websites that actually provide the rewards they advertise.
As with many of the reviews on here, I used the links provided to make purchases however never received the promised rewards. Conveniently for them apparently my purchases were not tracked, even though I followed the instructions in the mails provided.
Having used other reward sites without any issue I would recommend using one of the others, rather than wasting your time with these scammers.

Replies can be slow and I made the mistake of emailing requesting a follow-up, which pushes the ticket down.

Reward not received

Haven’t received my reward for my Easyjet Holidays purchase after months of waiting. Have been patient but replies are ridiculously slow and don’t feel like i’m getting anywhere with the responses i’m getting. These companies are always trying not to pay out what they promise!
