Received an email ‘here is your reward’ but the email link takes you to an error page. I emailed customer services who replied saying I didn’t follow the correct procedure for a reward so haven’t got one - why would I get an email saying here is your reward? Customer services useless and unhelpful and take weeks to reply.

Still waiting for entitled voucher that has been outstanding for 3 months after making a qualifying purchase.
Customer service is very poor, the automated email after making an enquiry states to expect a response time of 72hours. The problem is multiple times you never receive responses at all, if you do they are limited and end up chasing multiple times. The level of service is also poor where little effort is made to resolve the problem I am faced with.
Due to the above I have requested multiple times on how to make a complaint (more than 8 weeks) but have been provided no information to which is concerning.
I don't understand the delay and hoping that by leaving a comment that my situation can be resolved and picked up in full. Alternatively if a solution cannot be made I would like information on how I can escalate this or to a third party (e.g ombusment which I have not been provided)

Custumer service is not the fastest. Since the 7th of May I am trying to get an update on the voucher for my purchase. I get an answer to my email, I been asked what voucher I want and then about 2 weeks of silence with no resolution or further updates. Update : after few weeks of multiple emails voucher received. Also, if I wouldn't write this review I don't think it will be resolved so quick.

An update on my previous negative review. My voucher was refused many times, after much arguing I have now received my £100 voucher. It shouldn’t be this difficult, but just persevere !

I've sent them so many emails about a voucher that I still haven't recieved from September 2023 and they are just ignoring me. Terrible customer service.
Update 08/06/24 Still no response to any of my emails sent to the address provided stating I have checked all my junk and spam email folders.

Signed up to an offer in January and still waiting for the offer voucher.
The team are good when they respond but getting a response is a slow process.

I'm not sure if it's time to report MailOnline Discount Code to the relevant authorities. Because if we look at the amount of people that are being deceived is alarming. I'm just adding myself into that list. I'm waiting for months now and being ignored completely. I already visited the hotel, there is no way of cancelling it, the offer was tracked, but still no luck with the voucher.
Here is the latest from 12th of May:
Hi Pierre,
I hope this email finds you well.
So, we are on 12th of May and I have not received the gift card. Could you please send it manually?
Thanks

Dear customer,
Thank you for contacting us.
After multiple checks, I can confirm that your transaction is successfully tracked and stated as "in progress" in our records.
Indeed, travel companies usually face additional delays (more than the 4 months period announced) before sending your gift card. This is because customers do have a cancellation period for their booking, and travel companies want to make sure that the customers spend their travel before validating any voucher.
However, if you don't receive your gift card by the 12th of May, 2024 please contact us back and we will send your voucher manually.
Thank you for your patience,
Kind regards,
Pierre | Rewards Customer Service UK

It has took 5 months but if you aren't bothered about waiting it's spot on

So firstly I will say I have used a lot of these codes and most work without any issue, but they do deal with a lot of purchases so I get it that sometimes one gets missed or something happens. Over the past few years I have had 2 or maybe 3 issues with all of the codes I have used but I just contact customer service and explain the situation and wait for a fix. Pierre in customer service has sorted it out each time and to be fair he mustn’t sleep as he is always the one who sorts it. So I just want to say thanks to Pierre.
As I said in a previous review I see these as an extra perk for something I probably would have bought anyway so I love these codes and they are the only ones I have found that consistently work from the many sites that offer codes.

Received £200 gift vouchers via daily mail discounts!! Thought it was a scam but no... just ordered items from amazon using the code, didn't cost me a penny!!

Reward did not track automatically which was disappointing but the helpdesk resolved the issue for me and issued the reward.

Seems that nothing has changed since my last review 4 years ago. Customer service is out of this world. Since the 6th of March I am trying to get an update on the voucher for my purchase. I get an answer to my email, and then about 3 weeks of silence with no resolution or further updates.

I was really hoping that the discount link for a flight I booked would work and I was expecting to receive a 30 pound amazon gift voucher. I heard nothing from MailOnline after purchasing my flight using their link and also heard nothing back from two emails that I have sent them over the past couple of weeks. Very disappointed.

Update: I did eventually get the voucher, so updated to 4 stars. The only reason for missing one is it took a lot of effort to manage to get a reply
Ordered a Simba mattress using one of these discount links. I received the voucher but when attempting to claim it, it would fail with a processing issue. Contacted Daily Mail and Runa (who they use to provide the vouchers), Runa refunded the voucher back to Daily Mail and the Daily Mail have avoided all contact with me - I have sent emails and raised tickets.
I see other reviews and I am not sure if these are genuine as it feels like a scam to me. Be careful and avoid.
Edit: The dailymail have since read my review - completely missed all points in it, and have re-verified that they sent the voucher - which I did not dispute. The voucher did not work - that is the problem

Booked a stay using the DM Booking.com page back in March for a stay in April using the offer of £30 voucher with stays over £100.
I’ve had no contact from DM and frustratingly the only way to contact them is through a feedback form. I have tried this multiple times with no reply.
It feels like this is maybe a spammy offer to get commission with no follow through. Would not use in the future.
Update: emailed the below email 7 days ago and no reply

I used a valid tracking link via an email this company sent me after I registered for a £200 voucher by making a purchase with TUI via the link they sent me.
Today is the 13th May after the tracked purchase link I used on the 17th April and I am still waiting for confirmation that the claim has been logged or tracked.
I have emailed the company atleast 5 times and filled in two contact us forms on there website. Still awaiting a response.
I did get one reply from the company on the 19th April saying they needed me to send proof of the tracking email and my subsequent purchase. Which I have sent them twice.
Still no response.
There are no phone numbers or other means to contact them and you just end up having to wait for any response from an email you send them if they can be bothered.
Not sure if this company are a scam or just incredibly poor at customer service?
—————
16th May 2024 update.
I have had a reply finally from the company with the voucher attached.
“Dear customer,
Thank you for your patience.
Please forgive us for the delay, a technical issue was preventing the Gift Card from being sent to you. Nevertheless, I have tracked your transaction in our records and it was successfully validated”.
As you can see, the email update from mailonline customer service contradicts the reply on trustpilot below blaming me for chasing it up and trying to bump up my request!
So just bare in mind when you may use this discount code/voucher link website, it is going to take a long time to get a reply and don’t dare chase it up or you’ll be publicly blamed for trying to bump up your request.

A little hitch with the recording of my qualifying purchase, however the Team responded quickly and I now have the voucher of my choice.
Special mention to Ricardo and Pierre, thank you

I have been waiting for a while for my voucher to come through after I ordered a mobile phone. After sending an email to the customer service team they quickly responded and I now have the voucher.
Thank you to the customer service team, especially Ricardo. ☺️

Despite the verification of my Simba purchase made more than 6 months ago and multiple correspondences, I have not received my rewards yet and there is still no idea when this will be resolved.
